Employee Consultative Committee. 7.1 The Employee Consultative Committee is responsible for negotiating, reviewing and monitoring the implementation of this Agreement, and resolving concerns and/or disputes arising from its operation. 7.2 The Employee Consultative Committee shall ideally comprise of equal number of employee and employer representatives, with employee representatives being duly elected by the employees covered in this Agreement. At no time will a Committee be established where employer representative numbers are greater than employee representatives. 7.3 Through this forum, the parties will aim to:  Reach decisions through consensus;  Consider reports and ideas generated by Council management or employees;  Review and monitor the operation and implementation of the Agreement;  Consider and implement agreed suggestions for continuous improvement;  Resolve any disputes arising out of the operation of the Agreement.

Employee Consultative Committee a) The parties to the Agreement agree that the Agreement will operate most effectively in conjunction with effective consultation between the Employer and Employees covered by the Agreement. To this end, an Employee Consultative Committee (ECC) will be established and maintained. b) The ECC will be comprised of management and elected Employee representatives, with Employee representation to be, so far as is reasonably practicable, equal across the geographic locations serviced by the Employer. c) Employee representatives will be selected according to the following criteria: i. The Employee’s self-nomination/expression of interest. ii. Validation by the Human Resource Manager of the Employer, where the Employee must be either employed on a full-time basis or consistently working more than 20 hours per week on a casual or permanent part-time basis. iii. The Employee may not be under performance management or disciplinary measures or in their Probationary Period. iv. Where no suitable Employees are nominated, representation may be by a Station Manager. d) The purpose of the ECC will be to give Employees a voice, share relevant information, and consult on workplace issues, such as facilities, training, professional development and safety, to seek to achieve a collaborative working environment. e) The ECC may, as a committee, engage in dispute resolution or major change consultation. Employee representatives appointed as part of either process may include, but are not required to include, ECC members. f) Meetings will occur at agreed intervals, generally at least every quarter with any additional meetings occurring as required by agreement. g) If an Employee participates in an ECC meeting where the Employee was otherwise rostered to perform work, the Employee shall be paid for attending the ECC meeting at the applicable hourly rate set out in Schedule 2 for the classification and type of employment. If the Employee participates in an ECC meeting where the Employee is not rostered to perform work, the Employee shall only be paid for the duration of the meeting.
Employee Consultative Committee. The Company will establish an Employee Consultative Committee (ECC), which will meet quarterly, comprised of senior managers (as designated by the Company), employee representatives from across the different business units within the Company and others, as outlined below. The employee representatives will be elected by a majority vote of the employees from those business units: (a) table games – 5 representatives; (b) food and beverage – 5 representatives; (c) security – 3 representatives; (d) gaming machines – 2 representatives; (e) hotels – 4 representatives; (f) cage and count – 2 representatives; (g) other business units that may be agreed to be relevant; (h) others that may be agreed to be relevant; and (i) a senior representative of the Union. A ballot will be held when there is more than one employee nomination per available representative position. Elected employee representatives may attend quarterly meetings as designated by the Company, without loss of pay. Elected employee representatives may utilise shift swap arrangements as outlined in clause 11.2.4 (c) to attend the consultative meetings.
Employee Consultative Committee. 5.1 The Parties are committed to a process of consultation over the life of this Agreement about issues over the implementation of this Agreement, the monitoring of the Agreement and consultation over change and managing change within the workplace. 5.2 The Employee Consultative Committee will be able to make recommendations to all Parties to this Agreement and establish their own Charter including but not limited to: 5.2.1 Agreement implementation; 5.2.2 Identification of underutilised equipment and redundant policies; 5.2.3 Identification of procedures to assist in developing ways to reduce overheads; 5.2.4 Documenting of procedures; 5.2.5 Establishment of standards and systems of control; 5.2.6 Communication with the workforce; 5.2.7 General organisational issues; 5.2.8 Policy Formulation relevant to the Employee relationship; and 5.2.9 Other matters as determined by the Committee from time to time. 5.2.10 Elected committee members may appoint a proxy to stand in for them from time to time. 5.3 In the event that the City plans to outsource additional services or a business unit, then this shall be undertaken in consultation with the Employee Consultative Committee (also known as the General Consultative Committee). 5.4 The Committee shall comprise of up to 12 representatives, no less than 6, from Employees covered by this Agreement. 5.5 The Employee Consultative Committee will have elections in February of each year for nominations as staff representatives. 5.6 In order to ensure effective communication with the workforce, each Employee Consultative Committee meeting may be preceded or followed by a series of paid staff meetings. The Committee shall hold these paid staff meetings at various locations to minimise disruption to normal services and to ensure genuine consultation with the majority of the workforce.
Employee Consultative Committee. The Employee Consultative Committee (ECC) members will create and maintain an environment that facilitates the opportunity for open and respectful discussion of issues and: • provide a forum for discussion of any issues raised by employees relating to the workplace or working conditions; • canvas, support and engage employees, providing consolidated representation during enterprise bargaining negotiations; and • facilitate two-way consultation and communication between ECC, Unions and Council regarding arrangements within the current Agreement. The ECC membership will be up to six employee representatives and up to three management representatives. The ECC will endeavour to comprise a demographic representation of the workgroups bound by the Agreement such that views of the workgroups can be represented and the committee member can be point of contact for employees to the ECC. Decisions will be made by consensus between the representatives. Should an ECC member not be able to attend a meeting, a proxy may attend on the committee member’s behalf which includes voting rights.
Employee Consultative Committee. 45.1 Fonterra shall establish a consultative committee at Wynyard. It is intended that the forum be used to improve communication and consultation on matters relating to the dairy industry in Tasmania, Fonterra and site-specific matters that affect Employees, including career opportunities and job security. The consultative committee should not be used as a forum to deal with individual grievances or health and safety matters. 45.2 One Employee from the Warehouse will be required to attend this meeting

The Parties to this Agreement have developed the following framework to evaluate the implementation of this Agreement, as well as to periodically consider the health of the organisation from an Employee’s point of view, through the establishment of this Employee Consultative Committee (ECC). 8.2. The ideal ECC membership will be up to six employee representatives, who are bound by this Agreement and are representative of the different work areas of Council, and up to three management representatives. The ECC will endeavour to comprise a demographic representation of the workgroups bound by the Agreement such that views of the workgroups can be represented and the committee member can be point of contact for Employees to the ECC. Decisions will be made by consensus between the representatives. Should an ECC member not be able to attend a meeting, a proxy may attend on the committee member’s behalf which includes voting rights. Any dispute arising out of the Agreement will be referred to the ECC for consideration as per Clause 13.
Employee Consultative Committee. 10.1 An Employee Consultative Committee (the ECC) will be formed within the first year of the term of this Agreement to facilitate engagement and discussion with staff about workplace matters. 10.2 The purpose of the ECC is to: i. Facilitate effective communication across the organisation; ii. Provide a forum for information sharing and consultation; iii. Identify and contribute to workplace and work practice improvements. 10.3 The objectives of the ECC will be to consult and collaborate on broad organisational initiatives aimed at enhancing: i. Skills and career development opportunities; ii. Efficiency and productivity within the organisation; iii. Communications and consultation processes; iv. Job evaluation and classification structures; v. The development and understanding of employee related Operational Practices. 10.4 The ECC membership will consist of 1 Director, 2 Managers, 1 HR Representative and a minimum of 6 employees from across the organisation. 10.5 The ECC is a consultative group, not a decision-making group. Recommendations reached by the ECC shall be referred to the CEO for consideration.
Employee Consultative Committee. In any matter arising under this Agreement an employee has the right to representation and any such representation will be recognised. To facilitate representation of employees, the MDBA will maintain an Employee Consultative Committee (ECC) as a forum through which the Chief Executive consults with employees. The MDBA will consult with, and take into account the views of, the ECC on issues surrounding the implementation and operation of this Agreement including associated policies. The MDBA will allow a reasonable period of time, generally two weeks, for the ECC to consider issues. MDBA will take into account any comments or feedback received in relation to the proposed changes prior to the policies being finalised. These issues will be discussed in the spirit of cooperation and trust in accordance with MDBA’s values. The MDBA and its employees agree that the MDBA will undertake communication and consultation with employees outside the ECC forum. MDBA will maintain agreed Terms of Reference and a Protocol. Further information can be found in the ECC Terms of Reference. As required, from time to time, any changes to the Terms of Reference will be consulted and agreed at the ECC.
