LEADERS. Leader positions will be appointed at management’s discretion through an information posting and the Union will receive a copy. The quantity and requirement of Leader positions are to be determined by Management. When a Leader position is determined to be required, an information posting will be posted and supplied to the Union. The successful candidate will be appointed at management’s discretion. LEADERS. Loop provides reports during the Subscription Period that can be accessed in-app by Leaders based on permissions assigned to them by the Super Admin (Reports). The Reports include: ● periodic reports on the aggregate level of various types of usage of the Loop App by Licensed Teachers and Licensed Students (none of which can be tracked to an individual user); ● the number of times during a calendar year that a specific Licensed Teacher has asked students certain template questions selected by the School; and ● whether or not a particular Licensed Student has responded using Loop during the Subscription Period. In addition, via the Loop App, Leaders may ask Licensed Teachers and Licensed Students questions and will receive the individual responses provided by them (Experience Responses).

LEADERS. An employee designated by Management to serve as a Work Leader shall receive an additional fifty cents (50¢) per hour over his/her regular hourly rate of pay. Work Leaders shall assign work, check out finished work, assure that crews are working effectively, provide instruction and guidance to other employees, execute paperwork and perform such other work as is required for the efficient operation of the unit to which he/she is assigned. In the absence of the regular supervisor, a Work Leader may be relieved of his/her regular work responsibilities in order to function more effectively as a leader, providing, however, the Work Leader shall not be required or allowed to exercise any disciplinary authority.
