Contractor shall keep and distribute to Owner and the attendees of such meetings, minutes of such meetings, including a list of the action items, responsible parties and dates necessary to complete actions to enable the Contractor to maintain the progress of the Work in accordance with the Base-Line Schedule or the latest Revised Schedule, as applicable. .2Contractor shall regularly monitor and provide written reports to Owner and Architect on not less than a monthly basis describing the status of the actual progress of the Work versus the as-planned start/finish dates on the Base-Line Schedule or the latest Revised Schedule, as applicable, in accordance with ARTICLE 6. .3Along with each such written status report described above, Contractor shall also provide Schedule Updates to Owner and Architect on not less than a monthly basis which shall be revised to reflect actual conditions of the Work in accordance with ARTICLE 6. .4As part of each written monthly status report to be submitted along with Schedule Updates, Contractor shall provide a comprehensive narrative which: (a) identifies all actual and potential variances between latest Schedule Update and probable actual completion dates; (b) identifies all Work activities not started or completed in accordance with the Contractor's Base-Line Schedule or the latest Revised Schedule, as applicable; and (c) recommends specific Recovery Plans to Owner which may be necessary to achieve the Contract Time and/or relevant Interim Milestone Dates. .5For purposes of Schedule Updates and requested changes in the Contract Time, Contractor shall maintain daily logs which shall be available for Owner's review at any time during normal working hours, and which shall record the progress of the Work with emphasis on: (a) recording all actual as-built start and finish dates for all numbered activities identified on the Contractor's Base-Line Schedule or the latest Revised Schedule, as applicable; (b) maintaining daily reports of all resources utilized on each numbered work activity by the Contractor, Subcontractor and Vendors of every tier, including utilization of personnel, materials and equipment by area, sector and craft labor discipline, and all overtime performed a daily basis; and (c) and reco...
