On-Call Service. Contractor will provide on-call maintenance and repair service for Equipment twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, at no cost to University. Contractor will make available to University a toll-free telephone number for service calls, and will respond with service technician on-site within four (4) hours after a service call placed between 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, except holidays (collectively, working days and each a working day), and within twenty-four (24) hours after a service call placed at all other times. Contractor will keep at least one on-duty supervisor available each working day, and at least one on‑call supervisor available at all other times.
On-Call Service. Contractors shall not be reimbursed while on on-call status away from the work site. The work site is defined as either the contractor's premises or the government site where work is being performed. Contract employees on on-call status shall have a qualified backup in the event they are unable to respond to a call. Requests for on-call services may be made orally by the government to the contractor's management by the OCO, but shall be documented in written form within five working days. When required to report to the work site outside of the employee's normal work hours, the contractor shall be paid, as a minimum, for two hours of service at the fixed hourly rates established in the contract. The two hours minimum includes travel time. Travel expenses will be paid by the government in accordance with the local travel terms and conditions of this contract.
On-Call Service. An employee who is scheduled to remain available to conduct the work of the Employer via the telephone or in person during the on-call period shall be compensated as set out below:
a) One hour, at the employee’s straight time hourly rate, will be paid for each on-call period; and
b) In the event the employee is required to respond to calls, compensation will be at the rate of one and a one-half (1 ½) times for all hours worked. On Sundays and paid holidays, compensation will be at the rate of double time (2x). In the event an employee spends any time responding to calls for the Employer during the on-call period, the Employee shall be paid a minimum of one-half (½) hour at the applicable rate. The Employer will seek to maintain a roster of qualified staff who volunteer to participate in the on-call service. In the event there are insufficient volunteers, the Employer will schedule employees who have completed their probationary period, on a seniority basis starting at the bottom of the seniority list. The employee shall also be reimbursed for any travel costs at the regular mileage rate.
On-Call Service. On-Call Service includes all parts, labor and travel expense necessary to provide remedial Equipment Maintenance Services on Covered Equipment at Customer location(s) Monday through Friday local site time, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (excluding Entrust Holidays) (“Coverage Hours”), and includes preventive maintenance performed during the remedial service visit. On-Call Service specifically excludes Software Maintenance support, which is available by separate agreement.
On-Call Service. Physician agrees to participate in the on-call service currently being provided by a Primary Care Physician Group. Physician will respond in a timely manner. The rotation may be altered by the Group in an equitable manner.
On-Call Service. Within three (3) Work Days of receipt of a 11 written request from the City Representative, CONTRACTOR shall collect Civic Yard 12 Trimmings generated by CITY crews at Small Civic Service Units. CONTRACTOR shall 13 collect all such Yard Trimmings separately from all other Yard Trimmings and shall have 14 such Yard Trimmings weighed separately at the Transfer Station or Yard Trimmings 15 Processing Facility. CONTRACTOR shall be compensated for this service at the “Large

In the event an employee spends any time engaged in telephone work for the Employer during the on-call period, she shall be paid a minimum of one-half (½) hour at the applicable rate. The Employer will seek to maintain a roster of qualified staff who volunteer to participate in the on-call service. In the event there are insufficient volunteers, the Employer will schedule employees who have completed their probationary period, on a seniority basis starting at the bottom of the seniority list.

c) The Employer will seek to approve and maintain a roster of qualified employees who volunteer to participate in the on-call service. In the event there are insufficient volunteers, the Employer will schedule employees, who have completed their probationary period, on a seniority basis starting at the bottom of the seniority list.
On-Call Service. Beginning July 1, 2019 and thereafter during the term of this Agreement, the CONTRACTOR shall provide on-call collection of illegally dumped items as requested by the CITY. Within 24 hours of notification by the CITY, the CONTRACTOR shall Collect the item(s). The CONTRACTOR shall provide a designated contact to the CITY for notification of illegally dumped items through the CITY’s Connect application.
