Option C. Full coverage as desired by the teacher under the MESSA ABC Plan 2 with $2,000/$4,000 deductible and ABC Rx program.
Option C. If a student does not wish to keep a double room as a single or a triple as a double and does not know another student they wish to room with, then a new roommate will be assigned to the vacant space or the resident will move to a room with someone else. This option may require the student to move to a new room or hall, depending on the location of other vacant spaces and the consolidation selection of other students.
Option C. Senior Meter Readers and Meter Readers who are test qualified as of the signing of this letter will be offered a one-time opportunity to be voluntarily assigned to a Meter Maintenance Person position at locations identified by the Company based on work and resource needs. Those Senior Meter Readers and Meter Readers who are not test qualified as of the signing of this letter will be provided an opportunity to become test qualified and, if necessary, the test waiting period will be waived during the initial transition period; thereafter, the standard waiting periods for testing will apply for all future testing attempts. Senior Meter Readers and Meter Readers electing a Meter Maintenance Person position will have exercised their right to an employment opportunity and will no longer be eligible for severance under this agreement.
Option C. Teachers substituting, at the request of the principal, for an absent teacher may elect to have credit applied to an internal District Budgetary account for the teacher's classroom funds for the purchase of computer related classroom supplies. The teacher would receive .5 of Option A above, and 1.0 of the amount of funds derived from Option A would apply to the before-mentioned classroom account. Teachers must follow District purchasing procedures for the expenditure of these amounts.
Option C. Any full time driver not electing Option A or B may choose a payment of $200 per month, to the School District annuity plan of his or her choice. The amount of the cash payment received may be applied by the bargaining unit member to a district approved tax-deferred annuity program. To elect a tax-deferred annuity, the bargaining unit member shall enter into a salary reduction agreement. All costs relating to implementation and administration of benefits under this program shall be borne by the employer.
Option C. 4.1 All Intellectual Property Rights in and to the Works shall belong to Customer. CACI hereby assigns to Customer, including by way of present assignment of future rights, all right, title and interest in the Works, including all rights and powers arising or accrued in connection with the Intellectual Property Rights including the right to sue for damages and other remedies in respect of any infringement of the rights in or in respect of such Intellectual Property Rights.
4.2 Customer hereby grants to CACI a non-exclusive perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, non-sub- licensable licence, to use, reproduce, modify and exploit the Works for purpose of providing the CACI Services in accordance with the Work Package to Customer and for no other purpose.
4.3 CACI shall procure that its sub-contractors and any third party that creates or develops Works (or any part of them) assigns all of its rights in such Works to CACI (to enable it to assign them to Customer under Clause 4.1 above).
4.4 CACI shall provide a copy of the source code of any software contained in a Works on completion of the work under the relevant Work Package.
Option C. 65.4.5.1 Upon rehire into the program, the participating employee will hold the same rank as the employee held upon retirement or the rank of police officer, as agreed between the Chief, Association, and participating employee. The participating employee will be eligible for all regular and specialty assignments, except for Articles 35.1 and 35.2 hazard pay assignments.
65.4.5.2 The participating employee will be rehired at the top step of the classification that the employee held upon retirement. However, if the employee was not receiving top step pay within their classification upon retirement, the employee will be rehired at the same pay rate the employee was receiving upon retirement and will thereafter be eligible for step increases based on the employee’s anniversary date as defined in Article 65.4.2.18.
65.4.5.3 The participating employee will receive step increases and cost of living wage adjustments consistent with the other provisions of this Agreement.
65.4.5.4 Eligible candidates are limited to those employees who retired in the period of time August 1, 2020 up to and including the date of full ratification of this agreement in 2022. The duration of the employee’s participation in the program will be for a one-year assignment with an option at the sole discretion of the Chief of Police to extend the assignment by no more than one additional year.
65.4.5.5 Employees hired under Option C are eligible for a $5,000 recruitment bonus, and are not eligible for any retention bonus.
65.4.5.6 Option C is limited to the budget authority granted by City Ordinance 190606.
Option C. Attaching Entity providing Communications Services with ≥ 1,001 but ≤ 25,000 total Attachments installed on CPS Energy Poles.
Option C. Customized Routing - Complex for CLEC Traffic Using Routes Designated by CLEC This option is Customized Routing for CLEC traffic in the manner designated by CLEC, and it requires that special, customized routing programming be provided by CLEC. This option will include all of the features listed in Options A and B. However, with this Option, CLEC has the option of directing traffic on an NPA-NXX basis to a Port other than the standard used for PACIFIC's routing. In this configuration, CLEC obtains one or more Line Ports and receives a telephone number and directory listing, switching capacity, switch features, including deployed AIN capabilities, and transport, that will permit the completion of multiple-switch local calls, calls to either operator or directory assistance services, or both, E-91 1 calls, intraLATA toll calls, and either operator or directory assistance services, or both, E-91 1 calls, intraLATA toll calls, and Switched Access calls. In this configuration, intra-switch calls will be provided through PACIFIC's switch. Inter-switch calls will be provided from either designated common or dedicated transport facilities. CLEC will be solely responsible for design and engineering of any dedicated transport under this option. PACIFIC will be solely responsible for design and engineering of any PACIFIC-provided shared or common transport used under this option. Dedicated transport may be purchased from PACIFIC or CLEC may provide its own. In this configuration, the following charges will apply:
4.1.3.3.1. Rates The charges set forth in Section 4.1.3.2 shall apply.
Option C. Iron Mountain recreates the runtime environment for the licensed technology and installs the executables created during the Level II testing into that environment. (The environment is generally “scaled down” from the actual live environment) Iron Mountain then runs test scripts supplied by the Beneficiary and provides a report of the test results to all Parties. This may require Depositor approval.
