Outline of Services. ABA services will be available to children, adolescents, and adults with or without a certain diagnosis based on the need to more effectively regulate socially significant behaviors. Certain provisions may apply in regard to a specific diagnosis if someone is seeking funding for the service through a third party source, such as a private insurance company or the HFS Medicaid Waiver program. • When appropriate, LifeSpeed will offer the Client and if applicable his/her guardian(s) the contact information for other professionals who may be better able to assist with the issues the Client is experiencing. • Services provided by LifeSpeed will focus on the development and implementation of a treatment plan centered on the principles of ABA. ABA services will be carried out by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA), Registered Behavior Technician (XXX), or a highly trained Behavior Therapist under the direct supervision of a BCBA. • LifeSpeed provides ABA services based on each Client’s current level of individualized needs. The treatment plan will outline both antecedent and consequence based strategies that are centered on positive reinforcement, with the overall goal of increasing the Client’s opportunities for rewarding and meaningful experiences. • All recommendations will be explained to the Client and/or guardian(s) prior to implementation. The assigned BCBA will thoroughly answer any related questions about the Assessment(s) used or service(s) recommended. • ABA services are those services provided by LifeSpeed that seek to directly benefit the Client, and include but are not limited to research and plan development, on-going data collection, data analysis and graphing, regular plan implementation during the course of 1:1 sessions, plan revision, collaboration and supervision to ensure best practices, and thorough training of family members and any associated service providers. Note: Parent/caregiver participation is an expectation of effective ABA services. Participation may include but is not limited to attending and participating in support team meetings, accurately collecting data, and consistently implementing the recommended strategies. If there is lack of parent/caregiver involvement, LifeSpeed reserves the right to reconsider the appropriateness of the recommended services. Outline of Services. The Guardian Team owners, Xxxx Xxxxx and Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, are employed as Directors of Operation and Security, respectively, for SITREP Security Solutions. All contracting, recruitment, planning, management, and payment of personnel associated with The Guardian Team and SITREP Security Solutions contracts are managed by The Guardian Team through its owners. Event staff, harm reductionists, administrative, and non-guard carded personnel are hired and insured under The Guardian Team, while guard-carded security personnel are hired and insured through SITREP Security Solutions, as required by California law.
Outline of Services. As the Client's public relations agency, the Agency will provide a comprehensive range of communications services, including: counsel, planning and strategy; market and editorial research; development of editorial materials; ongoing and targeted press relations, and such special activities as press tours, technical articles, press events and trade show support as the Client and Agency determine is appropriate. In addition to basic corporate and product public relations, the Agency will provide assistance and counsel as needed for such activities as customer support, employee communications and financial investor relations. Toward that end, the Agency will develop a strategic plan and budget with the Client, which will be the basis of the program projects that will be implemented. In the absence of such a plan and budget, mutually agreed upon projects will be executed at the Agency's hourly rates. Although there are no guarantees, since results are influenced by many variables beyond the Agency's or Client's control, the Agency will use its good faith efforts to achieve goals within the budget agreed upon. The Agency shall have no liability hereunder except for its gross negligence or willful misconduct. Fee Arrangement The Agency will xxxx the Client in advance $15,000 for professional staff time, which will be credited against the final Client fee invoice. At the end of each month, Agency will invoice to Client actual hours incurred at a rate of $135.00 per hour, excluding officers of the Agency, which will be billed at the applicable rate. Billing rates are subject to change on sixty- (60) day's notice or upon contract renewal. Disbursements, including but not limited to travel, meals, news wire, news retrieval, telephone, postage, deliveries, in-house copies, subscriptions, production, program-related entertainment, and other miscellaneous expenses will be billed each month at Agency's cost plus Agency's standard 17.65 percent service fee. Production or special projects involving substantial outlay ($2,000 or more) or which extend over a period of more than thirty (30) days will be billed in advance, either in whole or in part, at the Agency's discretion and will be due upon receipt. Other expenses may also be billed in advance at the option of the Agency. Payment is due within fifteen (15) days of the date of the invoice.   • Scope of Services The specific scope of work for each job shall be determined in advance and in writing between TIPS Member, Member’s design professionals and Vendor. It is permitted for the TIPS Member to provide a general scope description, but the awarded vendor should provide a written scope of work, and if applicable, according to the TIPS Member’s design Professional as part of the proposal. Once the scope of the job is agreed to, the TIPS Member will issue a PO and/or an Agreement or Contract with the Job Order Contract Proposal referenced or as an attachment along with bond and any other special provisions agreed by the TIPS Member. If special terms and conditions other than those covered within this solicitation and awarded Agreements are required, they will be attached to the PO and/or an Agreement or Contract and shall take precedence over those in this base TIPS Vendor Agreement.

  • Performance of Services The Contractor is responsible for fully meeting all obligations set forth in the Contract and for providing Product in accordance with the Contract or any Authorized User Agreement.

  • Transitional Nature of Services The Parties acknowledge the transitional nature of the Services and agree to cooperate in good faith and to use commercially reasonable efforts to effectuate a smooth transition of the Services from the Provider to the Recipient (or its designee).

  • Term of Services The term of this Agreement shall begin on the Effective Date and shall end on , the date of completion specified in Exhibit A, and Consultant shall complete the work described in Exhibit A on or before that date, unless the term of the Agreement is otherwise terminated or extended, as provided for in Section 8. The time provided to Consultant to complete the services required by this Agreement shall not affect the City’s right to terminate the Agreement, as referenced in Section 8.

  • Continuity of Services A. The Contractor recognizes that the service(s) to be performed under this Contract are vital to the State and must be continued without interruption and that, upon Contract expiration, a successor, either the State or another contractor, may continue them.   • SCHEDULE OF SERVICES Consultant shall perform the Services within the Term of this Agreement, in accordance with the Schedule of Services set forth in Exhibit “B” attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and in accordance with any other completion schedule or milestones which may be separately agreed upon in writing by the Parties. Consultant represents that it has the professional and technical personnel required to perform the Services in conformance with such conditions. In order to facilitate Consultant’s conformance with the Schedule, City shall respond to Consultant’s submittals in a timely manner. Upon request of City, Consultant shall provide a more detailed schedule of anticipated performance to meet the Schedule of Services.

  • Transitional Nature of Services; Changes The Parties acknowledge the transitional nature of the Services and agree that notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, each Service Provider may make changes from time-to-time in the manner of performing the Services if such Service Provider is making similar changes in performing similar services for itself and/or its Affiliates; provided that Service Provider must provide Service Recipient with at least thirty (30) days prior written notice of such changes.
