Overtime Log a. Management shall maintain an overtime log in which all overtime (i.e., scheduled and unscheduled) will be recorded for all BUEs. This log shall minimally contain: (1) The names of all BUEs in a particular work center or shift. The date and amount of overtime actually worked (2) A notation of the BUE's acceptance of declination of the offer, including initials of both, the BUEs and the supervisor. (3) New BUEs shall be credited as having worked the average number of hours of the other BUEs within the work center b. Overtime offered but refused will be recorded in the log as overtime worked. c. The log shall document overtime and be maintained for a minimum of 2 years. The log shall be available, at any time within reason, for review by the BUEs or their representatives.

Overtime Log. The District shall keep an “overtime log” that tracks overtime assignments, cancellations and employee refusals. Copies of the overtime log for the school year shall be retained by the District and shall be made available for inspection by employees and their bargaining unit representatives.   • Overtime Meals When employees are required to work more than two (2) hours beyond their regular work days, the Employer will provide hot meals at no cost to the employees, up to a maximum of sixteen dollars ($16.00) (receipts to be submitted) plus paid meal periods of one-half (1/2) hour at the prevailing rate and thereafter at four (4) hour intervals. Any early morning start before regular starting time is entitled to a paid meal. The breakfast limit is thirteen dollars ($13.00) (receipts to be submitted). Employees called out on overtime shall be paid for meals as above, after four (4) hours work.

  • Overtime Equalization The assignment of overtime shall be reasonably equalized within classifications. The normal maximum hours officers will be scheduled is (15) fifteen hours. Upon field training competition, probationary officers will begin their total overtime hours on the overtime equalization chart at the average of all members within the officer classification. An overtime equalization chart shall be maintained within the department. The chart shall list all overtime offers and each officer’s declined and accepted hours for each particular offer. Each time an officer is offered overtime, the number of overtime hours worked, or the number of hours declined, will be credited to officer’s chart. The overtime equalization chart shall be posted monthly.
