Project Initiation and Management. Throughout the history of our company, iWorQ's success with adding and maintaining customers can be accredited to our carefully structured methodology and approach with each implementation. Our phased project methodology allows regular checkpoints and frequent opportunities to ensure that all of our team members are in sync. During the planning phase, our project teams meet to analyze how each department operates today, and how you would like your new system to work going forward. Based on our discussions, we create a project plan, agree on major milestones, and set a project schedule. The project plan will also address communications, managing risk and change management. Throughout the project, iWorQ will hold regular status meetings in which both teams report on progress, tasks, and timelines, as agreed upon during the planning phase and outlined in the project plan. The iWorQ project manager acts as your main point of contact during the project and works with your staff to ensure that adequate communication takes place, assuring that the project moves along smoothly. iWorQ has standard documentation to record decisions made during the project. These documents list tasks, person responsibilities, decisions made, etc.

Project Initiation and Management. PSP will provide project management through the duration of the project to coordinate internally with the discipline leads, production staff, and subconsultants, as well as externally with the Texas General Land Office (TxGLO), with the goal of providing deliverables that are aligned with this scope of work and Stantec’s quality standards. PSP will provide monthly progress reports and percent complete estimates with each invoice. Stantec will participate in virtual conference calls to discuss project status with the TxGLO, as needed. PSP will organize a virtual kickoff meeting with the TxGLO and project stakeholders to discuss the scope and schedule, establish communication lines, and identify background information or studies relevant to the project. Prior to the project kickoff meeting, PSP will conduct a data inventory of publicly available data for use in the Desktop Review and Assessment, the results of this inventory will be shared at the kickoff meeting. The results of the discussion, and feedback from the project stakeholders will be documented in meeting minutes to be submitted within two (2) weeks of the kickoff meeting.

For any particular (i) Development Related Managed Third Party or (ii) service provided by a Development Related Managed Third Party, Health Net may require that Supplier perform only a subset of the responsibilities required under this Section 2.3, as opposed to all of the responsibilities required hereunder.

Project Initiation and Management. Upon receipt of a Notice to Proceed from GLO, HDR will develop a project schedule outlining the approximate timeframe for major project tasks and milestones including fieldwork, engineering/design, the Coastal Boundary Survey, and development of the construction proposal package. This schedule will be maintained and updated by HDR throughout the life of the project. HDR will also develop an internal Project Management Plan (PMP) that identifies key deliverables, when they are due, and associated staff responsible for quality control reviews prior to deliverables being submitted to GLO. The PMP will include a job safety plan describing the safety protocols to be followed prior to, during, and after HDR’s fieldwork and site visits. This task also covers project management including coordination with GLO and project partners, development and tracking of schedules, coordination of scope items, development of invoices, and other general administration specific to the project.
