Project Initiation and Management. Throughout the history of our company, iWorQ's success with adding and maintaining customers can be accredited to our carefully structured methodology and approach with each implementation. Our phased project methodology allows regular checkpoints and frequent opportunities to ensure that all of our team members are in sync. During the planning phase, our project teams meet to analyze how each department operates today, and how you would like your new system to work going forward. Based on our discussions, we create a project plan, agree on major milestones, and set a project schedule. The project plan will also address communications, managing risk and change management. Throughout the project, iWorQ will hold regular status meetings in which both teams report on progress, tasks, and timelines, as agreed upon during the planning phase and outlined in the project plan. The iWorQ project manager acts as your main point of contact during the project and works with your staff to ensure that adequate communication takes place, assuring that the project moves along smoothly. iWorQ has standard documentation to record decisions made during the project. These documents list tasks, person responsibilities, decisions made, etc.
Project Initiation and Management. At Health Net’s request, Supplier shall work with the Development Related Managed Third Party to initiate and manage all projects which Health Net would like the Development Related Managed Third Parties to perform, including creating modifications to such third party Software as may be necessary to keep them operational or create new functionality. Supplier shall support Health Net in conducting negotiations for projects with Development Related Managed Third Parties. Unless otherwise directed by Health Net, Supplier shall evaluate the project request issued by Health Net, provide assistance to Health Net in conducting all bids, drafting any necessary RFP’s or other paperwork, and drafting and complete all required documents in accordance with Health Net policy and procedures, this Agreement, or the applicable third party contract, as applicable.
Project Initiation and Management. ▪ Halff will coordinate a project kick-off conference call with City staff to discuss project logistics, establish key milestones, request needed information, refine the planning process and calendar, QA/QC standards, establish project goals, discuss composition of advisory committee(s), and finalize the public engagement strategy. ▪ Obtain key maps and background data from City staff and other entities including digital copies of existing plans, studies, and other information that may impact this planning process. ▪ Manage the project to ensure that it proceeds according to the professional services agreement and this scope of services. This includes timely communication with the City, coordination and scheduling of meetings and deliverables, preparing invoices and progress reports, etc.
Project Initiation and Management. Goals: The goal of Task 1 is to promote the successful development of the project’s procedures for initiation, planning, execution, and closure. It also provides coordination time among the project team toward achieving all the agreed upon goals and grant compliance within the set scope, time, quality, and budget standards. Upon project initiation, 3 AECOM staff will attend a project kickoff meeting with the City of Naples to meet with key City staff involved in the project to discuss project goals, schedule, and solicit the City’s input and understanding on adaptation goals. On the same day, AECOM will also meet with the City’s Climate Change Working Group (City Working Group) to provide a refresher on identified key climate change hazard vulnerabilities, an overview of project tasks focused on adaptation, discuss roles of the City Working Group, and set up a City Working Group meeting schedule. Throughout the duration of the project, two AECOM staff will participate in bi-weekly (twice per month) calls of 1-hour duration to check in regarding project deliverables and schedule. This task also covers monthly invoicing, schedule/budget tracking, and coordination/monitoring or team and project activities.

A kick-off meeting with Xxxxxx County staff and selected consultant will be held at the commencement of the project to establish and agree upon communication protocols, roles and responsibilities, expectations, and to review background information on the region. MCPT will explain the expected deliverables, progress reports, and invoicing procedures. In addition, MCPT staff will review coordinated transportation developments to-date, including the Xxxxxx County Transportation System Plan. Deliverables: • Kick-off meeting • Project management plan, including the roles of the project manager and project team members • Schedule of project meetings • Progress reports that summarize task progress and deliverables in accompaniment of monthly invoices.

Project Initiation and Management. The project initiation phase shall include a kick-off meeting, intended to finalize the statement of work, budget, and roles and responsibilities. Contractor shall establish communication and collaboration expectations, and reporting and data tracking requirements. Project management shall be ongoing, and include monthly administrative and strategy meetings with Agency, monthly reporting, quarterly data requests, and coordination with third party evaluators. Contractor shall monitor and report ongoing budget expenditures in relation to goals, milestones and deliverables. Contractor shall host a kick-off meeting to discuss goals and deliverables of Contract.
