Public Holidays - Prescribed Public Holidays. 15.1 A weekly employee shall be entitled without loss of pay, to eleven public holidays per calendar year on the following days: New Years Day, Australia Day, Good Friday, Easter Saturday, Easter Monday, Labour Day, Queen’s Birthday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, Anzac Day and Costa’s Eastern Creek Picnic Day.
