Purpose of the Donation. 2.1 The Beneficiary is a region-funded institution established by Královéhradecký Region the main activity of which is a provision of professional pre-hospital emergency care within the territory of the region (the "Purpose"). 2.2 The Beneficiary cornmits to use the Donation for the Pur pose. Beneficiary also comrnits to provide the Donor, upon its demand, with the relevant inforrnation and documents confirming the use of the Donation in compliance with this Agreement.

Purpose of the Donation. The Donor has pledged to contribute a gift of fifty thousand US Dollars ($50,000), an equivalent of 3.4 million Indian Rupees approximately (herein referred to as the Gift) to IITRF for establishing endowment fund to award XYZ Award for Excellence in Communication. IITR shall provide an annual report listing the name(s) of recipients of XYZ Award for Excellence in Communication, the amount each recipient received, earnings, and the balance of amount in the endowment fund account to IITRF. IITRF shall provide a receipt to the Donor for the funds received from the Donor. IITRF shall coordinate and cooperate with IITR with respect to reporting and compliance to the Internal Revenue Service and the other state and federal regulatory agencies.

Donation handing over The Donor transfers the Donation to the bank account specified by the Donee in the Attachment no. 1, by the end of the calendar month following to the month of date of effectivity of this Agreement. Acceptance of the donation Upon Xxxxx'x request, the Donee undertakes, without undue delay, to prove that the Donation has been used in compliance with this Agreement. The compliant use of the donation has to be evidenced in particular by respective tax documents and monitoring report. Reporting requirement The Donee undertakes to provide the Donor on request with a project report related to the above-mentioned project. The Donor will send the request of the report well in advance - 3 month before the due date - including the information of the requested details and the requested reporting format. The reporting request can have the format of a survey created by the Donor, a template provided by the Donor and or just the request to share the usual annual report of the Donee. 2.
