Red Circled Employee. The words “red circled employee” when used in this Agreement will mean those employees whose regular rate of pay exceeds the maximum salary of their current position classification. Employees with this status will not be eligible for any negotiated increases until such time as the maximum salary for their current classification meets or exceeds their regular rate of pay.
