Referral Incentive. This referral incentive provision shall be in effect from the effective date of this Agreement through June 30, 2019. Any current DCT employee covered by the MMA Master Agreement may receive a lump- sum payment of five hundred dollars ($500) for making the first referral of a candidate who accepts a pre-designated vacancy (in the affected job classes) and successfully completes their probationary period. The Appointing Authority may designate individual vacant positions (in the affected job classes) or entire classifications that are subject to the referral incentive. This provision only applies to the appointment of candidates who are not current state employees. No more than one lump-sum payment shall be paid for each designated vacancy. Prior to offering to make such lump-sum payments for referrals, the Appointing Authority shall establish procedures for recording referrals and determining which employee made the first referral of a candidate.

Referral Incentive. A current driver, monitor or dispatcher which refers a new driver to the district shall receive $175.00 one-time incentive payment once the new employee completes twelve (12) months of service to the district exclusive of break and/or leave periods. Referral Incentive. In support of recruitment efforts, the City of Sioux Falls encourages employees to recruit and refer quality candidates for hire. Employees represented under this labor agreement may refer individuals to participate in the hiring process and may receive a $500 referral incentive payment. To be eligible, the referring employee must be appropriately identified on the employment application or other verifiable method deemed appropriate by management. All candidates for employment will be evaluated for employment consistent with the City of Sioux Falls hiring practices. Candidates must be offered and accept employment for a referring employee to be eligible to receive a referral incentive payment. Upon the successful hire of a referred candidate, a referral incentive payment will be paid to the referring employee in two (2) installments. The first installment of $250 will be paid when the candidate has been hired and reports for work. The second installment of $250 will be paid when the candidate has successfully been removed from probationary status. The referral incentive payments will be made through payroll. Referrals are limited to three successful candidates each calendar year. Employees who separate employment shall forfeit eligibility for any payments not yet paid at the time of separation. In all cases, management reserves the right to identify and determine eligibility for referral incentive.

Referral Incentive. Gas South will pay Realtor a one-time Fifty Dollar ($50.00) referral fee for each purchaser of improved realty with whom Realtor has a contract who selects Gas South as its natural gas provider during the Term, and who Gas South approves as a customer, provided promo code 2020 is noted at the time natural gas service is initiated. Earned fees will be paid to Realtor on a quarterly basis.

Referral Incentive i. Any employee who is considered a part of the XXXX bargaining unit who refers an individual who is hired by the District in a Housekeeping Department position on or after July 28, 2021, and before June 30, 2022 is eligible to receive a Referral Incentive totaling up to $500. ii. Employees who make such a referral will be eligible for a payment of $250 following their referred employee's completion of six (6) months of employment in a Housekeeping Department position, and for a second payment of $250 during the pay period following the referred employee's completion of twelve {12} months of employment in a Housekeeping Department position. iii. No Referral Incentive shall be paid to an employee for any referred employee that does not complete a minimum of six (6) and twelve (12) months of employment in a Housekeeping Department position. iv. Employees not in an active pay status excluding approved leaves of absence as of the pay period in which a Referral Incentive payment would otherwise be processed shall not be eligible for payment of any incentive. v. To be eligible for this program, referrals must be submitted in accordance with the procedures developed by the Department of Human Resources, in consultation with XXXX. vi. No Referral Incentive shall be made for the referral of any person who has been employed by the District in the previous six (6) months in any capacity. Only one {1) employee may receive one (1) Referral Incentive for any one (1) specific new hire. An employee is permitted to receive a new hire incentive for more than one {1) new hire as defined in this section.

  • Incentive Pay (1) For any calendar year: in which twenty-five percent (25%) of the number of members employed as of January 1 of each year are rated as either Level II or Level III in every phase of the PFT then (a) Members who are rated at Level II in all phases of the PFT will receive three hundred dollars ($300.00) in a one-time lump sum payment.
