SAFETY, HEALTH & ENVIRONMENT. 18:01 The Company is concerned about all its employees' safety and health and will take the necessary measures for the safety and health of the employees during the hours of their employment.
SAFETY, HEALTH & ENVIRONMENT. 2.1. The Owner shall arrange for any safety measures required by local health and safety legislation to be implemented and complied with so that the Services may be carried out safely and shall provide evidence of such implementation and compliance to the Contractor.

Demonstrate that adequate precautions are built into plant design and layout and procedures to ensure the safe operation of the process. . Demonstrate adequate environmental protection measures and secure authorisation from relevant pollution inspectorate.
SAFETY, HEALTH & ENVIRONMENT. LICENSEE shall comply with, and shall cause each of the Manufacturers to comply with, all applicable workplace Safety, Health, Environmental laws, rules, regulations, and industry standards. LICENSEE shall allow, and shall cause each of the Manufacturers to allow, LICENSOR to conduct an S/H/E audit and agree to take action on the results of such audit.
SAFETY, HEALTH & ENVIRONMENT. SECTION 25.1. Number of Union Safety Representatives The Company will recognize a total of three Union safety representatives, two for the Engineering Building areas and one for the Test areas, for the purpose of discussion and consultation with designated management representatives regarding safety problems. The Union shall designate one of the representatives as the Union safety chairman. The safety chairman will be an active member of the Environmental, Health and Safety Council and will be paid for attending such meetings. Union safety representatives shall be active employees of the Company. No employee shall act as a Union safety representative unless at the time of his selection he has not less than twelve (12) months' seniority as defined in Article 8.
SAFETY, HEALTH & ENVIRONMENT. Safety, health and environment (SHE) professional representatives from both parties shall endeavor to meet once a year (face to face or via teleconference) to exchange and benchmark on best practices. The parties agree to notify each other on SHE related issues that may arise from the use of Products. The parties agree to explore the reuse/recycling of articles, manufacturing trim and scrap Buyer produces from Products purchased from Seller.
SAFETY, HEALTH & ENVIRONMENT. The contractor shall ensure compliance with all the Acts, Rules & Regulations pertaining to HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) as applicable from time to time. The contractor shall be fully responsible for the safety of his workmen & shall take necessary precaution to avoid any accident.
SAFETY, HEALTH & ENVIRONMENT. The parties are committed to the personal safety of all personnel. To this end, both management and employees seek to achieve a reduction in injuries to a zero level. All Personnel shall be proactive in improving the Safe working ethic, identifying possible problem areas and actively contributing to safety improvement (Clause 21 and Attachment "B" ) initiatives such as. Personnel to actively monitor their own safety behaviour as well as the safety behaviour of others. Continually seek & suggest improvements to minimise risk of injury to themselves and others. Active participation and attendance at Safety meetings. To report all near misses, and work injuries immediately and if medical treatment is required cooperate in the use of the company recommended medical practitioner to achieve the best possible management of the injury. To fully cooperate in all accident investigations. It is the responsibility of all Employees to work in a manner that is not detrimental to their own or others safety, or is likely to cause damage to the environment. Employees will be issued with personal protective equipment (PPE) as listed below;
SAFETY, HEALTH & ENVIRONMENT. The parties share a common concern for the safety and health of employees and a system of internal responsibility whereby safety, health and environment matters are addressed by employees in the workplace using joint and co-operative methods. The parties will establish a joint General Safely, Health and Environment Committee consisting of the Local Union President, the four Safety, Health and Environment Committee Chairs appointed by the Local Union, Manager, Safety, Health and Environment for the Company and four (4)persons appointed by the Company. The General Safety, Health and Environment Committee will meet every six months within fourteen days of an exchange of agendas between the parties describing the subjects desired to be discussed at the meeting. The Company will prepare and distribute minutes of the meetings to Committee members. The General Safety, Health and Environment Committee will: serve as a coordinating group for safety, health and environment matters affecting employees at work; review and discuss the performance of the Area Safety Health and Environment Committees established under this Agreement; assist in dealing with issues affecting employees at work not resolved by either an Area Safety, Health and Environment Committee under this Agreement or an existing Operating Safety, Health and Environment Committee; review and discuss the performance of changes in the Safety, Health Environment program affecting employees. An Area Safety, Health and Environment Committee will be established for each of the following geographic areas to discuss review safety, health and environment within the Area: The General Office Building The General Engineering Building The Building The Central Process Technology Building. Each Area Safety, Health and Committee will consist of two employees and one alternate employee of the Area appointed by the Local Union, a manager, or designate, from the Area and one (1) other person appointed by the Company. In situation where an employee member appointed by the Local Union is absent for the day, or she will be replaced by the alternate Union member. The Local Union and the Company will each designate a member appointed by it as a co-chair and the Committee will meet quarterly within fourteen
