SALARY STEP SCHEDULE. All 2007-2010 salaries and hourly wage rates shall be increased by the Cost-Of-Living over the previous year salary step schedule with the following parameters. The parties agree the minimum percentage used shall be 1.5% but shall not exceed 1.5%. Cost-Of-Living is defined as Consumers Price Index, Mid-West Urban Region, from April to April. Example (using the year April 2002 to April 2003 for reference): April, 2003 177.8 April, 2002 - 174.7 3.1 divided by the April, 2002, 174.7 = 0.01774, rounded to 1.77% The Cost of Living in the above example would be 1.77%, therefore the increase in the salary schedule for 2003/2004 would be increased by 2.00%.

SALARY STEP SCHEDULE. Minimum salaries will be paid in accordance with the Salary Schedule (Appendix A wage scales) attached hereto and made part of this Agreement. Each job title and its corresponding placement on the Salary Schedule will also be made a part of this Agreement. In the event an employee is promoted, their anniversary date will change to the effective date of their promotion. The official pay rate will be the hourly rate. • Year one: All current employees within the first pay period following July 1, 2022: an increase of 5% an hour (inclusive of the annual step increase) • Year two: All current employees within the first pay period following July 1, 2023: an increase of 3% an hour (inclusive of the annual step increase) • Year three: All current employees within the first pay period following July 1, 2024: an increase of 2% an hour (inclusive of the annual step increase) The proposed increase in year one includes a one-time adjustment to the wage table so that Step 4 is now Step 1 and employees will be adjusted to their new step. Step 5 is now Step 2, Step 6 is now Step 3, Step 7 is now Step 4, Step 8 is now Step 5, so on and so forth. Employees will progress through 8 steps in the salary table attached as Appendix “A” - Pay Scales on July 1st of each year. Employees who have been with the Catholic Charities for more than ten (10) years of service and who are no longer eligible for step increases that are stepped out before July 1st, 2022 wage increase will receive longevity pay. Classifications SS1 and MS1 will be eliminated and those positions will be reclassified as follows: SS1 will move to SS2. SS2 will move to SS3. SS3 will move to SS4. MS1 will move to MS2. As outlined in Article 40 under Labor Management Committee Catholic Charities and SEIU 1021 will meet quarterly unless both parties mutually agree to change the frequency. The LMC will consist of 3 management representatives and 3 employees representatives designated by the Union who shall participate on work time without loss of compensation. The LMC shall meet within 90 days after contract ratification to discuss topics related to the performance evaluation process.
SALARY STEP SCHEDULE. There shall be a 0.0% salary increase to salary table in effect July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2017. There shall be no additional increases to salary schedules during the term of the 2 year contract (July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2017. See Appendix C-1 (Grandfathered Employee Salary Schedule) and C-2 (Non- Grandfathered Employee Salary Schedule). Each cell of the salary schedule for full time employees will be increased $1000 on July 1, 2017. The part-time employee salary schedule will be increased $500. There shall be no additional changes to the salary schedule during the term of the contract. See Appendix C-1 (Grandfathered Employee Salary Schedule) and C-2 (Non-Grandfathered Employee Salary Schedule).
