Scheduler. 1. To assist in the preparation and maintenance of the Schedule, the Design-Builder may engage, at its own expense, a consultant who is skilled in the application of network techniques for construction projects and the use of Primavera scheduling software. If the Design-Builder has qualified personnel on staff, the Design-Builder may perform the required scheduling with its own organization.
Scheduler. 13.2.1 Bidding for Scheduler positions (shift arrangements) shall occur in the event of a vacancy in a permanent Scheduler position and annually prior to the start of a school year.

DESCRlPTION OF THE EQUIPMENT All equipment, furniture, fixtures, machines, building materials and items of personal prope1iy and all appurtenances (A) constructed, reconstructed, renovated, installed, equipped and/or intended to be constructed,. reconstiucted, renovated, installed, equipped in connection with the construction, reconstruction, renovation, installation and/or equipping of the XX Xxxxx Corp. ("RBC") and Beaverkill Studio Irie. ("BSI" and together with RBC collectively, the "Company") project located on the real property described on Schedule A hereto, said Project to be constructed, reconstructed, renovated, installed, equipped by the Company as agent of the Agency pursuant to the Agent Agreement, dated December 14, 2015 and the Leaseback to Company; and (B) now or hereafter attached to, contained in or used in connection with the Land or placed on any part thereof, though not attached thereto, including but not limited to, pipes, screens, fixtures, heating, lighting, plumbing, ventilation, air conditioning, compacting and elevator plants, telephone and information systems, furniture, rugs, movable partitions, cleaning equipment, maintenance equipment, shelving, signs, waste containers, outdoor benches, drapes, blinds and accessories, sprinkler systems and other fire prevention and extinguishing apparatus.
Scheduler. Contractor shall retain a construction scheduler to work in enough capacity to perform all of the Contractor’s requirements to prepare the Construction Schedule. The Scheduler shall plan, coordinate, execute, and monitor a cost/resource loaded critical path method (CPM) schedule as required for Project and have a minimum of five (5) years direct experience using CPM. Scheduler will cooperate with District and shall be available on site for monitoring, maintaining and updating schedules in a timely manner. District has the right to reject the Scheduler based upon a lack of experience as required by this Document or based on lack of performance and timeliness of schedule submittals/fragnets on past projects. Contractor shall within seven (7) calendar days of District’s rejection, propose another scheduler who meets the experience requirements stated above. Administrative Personnel: Five (5) years minimum experience in using and monitoring schedules on comparable projects.

In consideration of the services provided by the Company, including the maintenance of the individual accounts under the plans and the use of an omnibus account for purposes of trading which will result in significant savings to the Fund, Underwriter and/or Adviser, the Underwriter or AIS agree to pay the Company an amount equal to the following basis points per annum on the total average aggregate amount invested by the Company in the Fund under the Fund Participation Agreement, such amounts to be paid within 30 days of the end of each calendar quarter. Scheduler. WAPHA may work with PenCS to develop customised software products or enhancement to existing software programs (Specific Tools). Specific Tools may be offered to Practice’s to be included in the Tools under this Agreement and on agreement of the Practice the Specific Tools shall be included in the definition of Software under this Agreement and shall be deemed to be incorporated into this Agreement. The details of the licence terms and conditions that the Practice must comply with are set out in the “Software User Appendix”, as annexed.
