Scheduler. 1. To assist in the preparation and maintenance of the Schedule, the Design-Builder may engage, at its own expense, a consultant who is skilled in the application of network techniques for construction projects and the use of Primavera scheduling software. If the Design-Builder has qualified personnel on staff, the Design-Builder may perform the required scheduling with its own organization.
2. Prior to engaging a consultant or using staff personnel, and within 5 Days after award of Contract, the Design-Builder will submit to the Commission Representative:
a. The name and address of the proposed consultant or staff person This document is provided as a DRAFT and is not intended to be considered FINAL. The Commission explicitly reserves the right to modify this document and provide a revised Sample to Phase II Proposers.
Scheduler. 13.2.1 Bidding for Scheduler positions (shift arrangements) shall occur in the event of a vacancy in a permanent Scheduler position and annually prior to the start of a school year.
13.2.2 Such bidding shall occur in the filling of the permanent vacancy and the first vacancy created through the bidding process. Additional vacancies which occur as a result of the seniority bidding process shall be filled from the District eligible pool on the basis of the best qualified employee who meets the department’s needs. The eligible pool is defined as all bargaining unit members who pass the testing process for the Scheduler position.
13.2.3 Bids for permanent Scheduler positions shall be posted for three (3) working days and all bidding shall be completed within that period.

Scheduler. The Scheduler manages the monitoring process of the blog library. Through the ping server the Spider will receive updates of blog posts from blog hosts that are connected to the actual ping server, so fetching will not normally be needed. But the Scheduler will run control fetching of blog hosts with no updates within a defined time range – e. g. weekly. This will check if the blog is active or shut down, and if the ping server is missing out updates. Additionally, the Scheduler will handle blogs not connected to ping servers and comments which normally are not handled by the specified ping servers. The Scheduler will then request the RSS Comments and RSS for non ping server listed blog hosts for updates, and then let the Fetcher download the HTML.

If the Contractor has qualified personnel on staff, the Contractor may perform the required scheduling with its own organization.
2. Prior to engaging a consultant or using staff personnel, and within five (5) days after award of Contract, the Contractor will submit to the Commission Representative:
a. The name and address of the proposed consultant or staff person
b. Sufficient information to show that the proposed consultant or the Contractor’s staff has the qualifications to meet the Schedule requirements
c. A list of prior construction projects and three (3) selected representative schedule samples that the proposed consultant or Contractor’s staff has prepared. These three (3) CPM Schedules must be for projects similar in complexity and magnitude to this Project
3. The Commission has the right to approve or disapprove employment of the proposed consultant or the performance of the Schedule requirements of the Contract by the Contractor’s staff, and the Commission Representative will notify the Contractor of its decision within seven (7) days of receipt of the information. In case of disapproval, the Contractor will submit another person with supporting documents within seven (7) days. The Commission also reserves the right to disqualify the consultant or Contractor’s staff personnel at any time throughout the Project if the preparation, presentation, reporting, and updating of do not, in the Commission’s opinion, meet the degree of detail described in the Contract Documents. Such approval or disapproval does not release the Contractor of any of its obligations under this Contract.
Scheduler. The person designated by the Selected Respondent(s) to interact with the project team to develop and update schedules and cost information, and to identify variances from original plan. The Scheduler will conduct periodic evaluation of project schedules vs. performance to identify developing problem areas. The Scheduler shall have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or architecture from an accredited university and no less than five (5) years of experience in performing services similar to those requested in this solicitation.
Scheduler. Contractor shall retain a construction scheduler to work in enough capacity to perform all of the Contractor’s requirements to prepare the Construction Schedule. The Scheduler shall plan, coordinate, execute, and monitor a cost/resource loaded critical path method (CPM) schedule as required for Project and have a minimum of five (5) years direct experience using CPM. Scheduler will cooperate with District and shall be available on site for monitoring, maintaining and updating schedules in a timely manner. District has the right to reject the Scheduler based upon a lack of experience as required by this Document or based on lack of performance and timeliness of schedule submittals/fragnets on past projects. Contractor shall within seven (7) calendar days of District’s rejection, propose another scheduler who meets the experience requirements stated above. Administrative Personnel: Five (5) years minimum experience in using and monitoring schedules on comparable projects.
Scheduler. WAPHA may work with PenCS to develop customised software products or enhancement to existing software programs (Specific Tools). Specific Tools may be offered to Practice’s to be included in the Tools under this Agreement and on agreement of the Practice the Specific Tools shall be included in the definition of Software under this Agreement and shall be deemed to be incorporated into this Agreement. The details of the licence terms and conditions that the Practice must comply with are set out in the “Software User Appendix”, as annexed. Shared Data may be used by WAPHA, and disclosed to third parties by WAPHA, for WAPHA’s purpose of improving health outcomes including:
(a) statistical reporting (including practice reports) for the Practice;
(b) service planning;
(c) population health planning;
Scheduler. ▪ Parties agree to an expedited arbitration process which utilizes the use of a central scheduler appointed by the parties ▪ The role of the scheduler will be to set hearing dates (including continuation dates) and select arbitrators ▪ The scheduler will be paid by the hour for work performed. This will be a shared cost as between the parties for each specific referral ▪ The parties will mutually agree to such scheduler. If the parties cannot agree then the scheduler will be selected by an arbitrator appointed by the Ministry of Labour.
