Scheduling of Hours of Work. Working hours for all departments shall be scheduled by the Company not later than the Monday two weeks prior to the work week in which the work applies, provided, however, that the schedule may be changed by the Company at any time to meet an emergency. The work schedule for each department shall be posted on the appropriate Guild bulletin board.

Scheduling of Hours of Work. Schedules for nurses shall be posted at least four (4) weeks in advance and shall cover at least a six (6) week period. Requests for changes to the schedule will be submitted at least two (2) weeks prior to the time requested in writing. A nurse may be permitted to exchange her scheduled tours of duty with another nurse provided the arrangement is submitted in writing and is co-signed by the nurse willing to exchange tours. One (1) week's notice must be provided of such change except in extenuating circumstances. All such requests must be approved by the Director or designate. Such requests will be submitted during the Director’s hours Monday to Friday. Such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.

Scheduling of Hours of Work. 1. For purposes of this Agreement, a “schedule change” shall mean a change in or deletion from the sequence of weekly non-over- time workdays and/or daily non-overtime hours of work. “Notice” shall mean either written notice posted conspicuously within the department or personal notice given orally or in writing. “Overtime” shall mean work time outside the regular schedule regardless of pay treatment. “Emergency” shall mean reasonably unanticipated reduction of work needs or increased work requirements resulting from laboratory experiments, patient care, unscheduled absences, or other exigencies. Notice of schedule changes shall be given to affected Staff Members by no later than the times set forth below, except in cases of emergency:
