For an employee whose regular shift is Sunday through Thursday, 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., the ‘holiday’ that they would be granted paid time off for would be from 11:00 p.m. Monday, May 27th until 7:30 a.m. Tuesday May 28th.

All Nurses, except as explained further 25 below, are eligible to accrue and utilize two (2) floating holidays per fiscal 26 year in accordance with the provisions of Article 5. 28 Accrual of floating holiday hours for newly hired employees shall be pro-rated 29 in direct proportion to the number of hours worked during their first fiscal year 30 of employment.
