Services, prices. All prices for goods and services offered at Xxxxxxxxx-Bräuhaus are inclusive; this means that they include the statutory value-added tax and service charge. If the VAT rate changes after the reservation has been confirmed, the prices will change accordingly. The client and the operator agree on minimum sales of €12 per seat for reservations of 15 seats or more before 5 pm and €20 per seat for reservations starting after 5 pm. If exclusive use of individual rooms has been booked, this minimum sales amount applies to every seat available in that room, regardless of the actual number of persons present. Minimum sales amounts may differ during the festive season (the weeks before and after Christmas) and certain trade fairs. We require written notice of the exact number of participants no later than 2 days before the event. Afterwards, we will calculate 80% of the booked order. In this case, the food price will also be based on the guaranteed sales figure, even if fewer people show up. If the specified number of participants is exceeded, the actual number of participants will determine the amount charged for food and drinks. Services that have been paid for but not utilised do not entitle guests to a refund. If there are more than four months between the confirmation of your reservation and the scheduled event, Xxxxxxxxx Bräuhaus reserves the right to change the prices without prior notice.
Services, prices. (b) All charges must in any event be reasonable and appropriately documented.
(c) Each of the Parties acknowledges that, over the course of the Term, the titles and job descriptions of Seller’s engineering and other technical personnel, as well as Seller’s costs associated with such personnel, may change. If, as a result of any such changes, it would be reasonable and appropriate for the job titles or hourly rates set forth above in this Section 5.3 to change, the Parties shall discuss and make reasonable efforts to agree upon appropriate changes thereto at the Regular Planning Meetings.
(d) Buyer will reimburse Seller for out-of-pocket costs incurred by Seller in providing services (such as the cost of materials included in deliverables provided to Buyer) to the extent that such out-of-pocket costs are described in reasonable detail in the applicable Service Schedule. (e) Seller shall promptly provide buyer such documentation, records, backup and support for any charges related to the Services as Buyer shall reasonably request.
Services, prices. 3.1.1 The published prices apply until the website is updated. Subject to para. 3.5 (‘Price changes’), the prices valid at the time of booking apply. If there are several similar apartments with the same number of rooms and persons and the same prices in one building, only one apartment of this category is listed on www.turra- xxxx.xx and in the price list. Special promotions are not always valid for all apart- ments in the same category.
3.1.2 The rental price does not include the cost of a space in the underground car park. This is listed separately in your booking confirmation/invoice.
3.1.3 The minimum rental period is stated on the applicable price list. The apartments can generally be reserved on a daily basis for a minimum stay of three days. Exceptions are possible on request and with written confirmation from Turrabuel.
Services, prices payment
1. The Hostel is obliged to have the room booked by the Customer ready and to provide the agreed services.
2. The Hostel shall be entitled to accommodate customers at the booked price in another hostel with comparable facilities and services, without further claims arising against the Hostel as a result, if there is good reason for this – in particular if accommodation in the reserved Hostel is not possible – and if this is reasonable for the Customer.
3. The Customer is obliged to pay the prices that are applicable at the time of the booking and thus agreed for the rental of the room and the other services booked or claimed by him. This shall also apply to services commissioned by the Customer directly or via the Hostel which are provided by third parties and are disbursed by the Hostel.
4. The Hostel reserves the right not to accept certain means of payment (American Express, Diners Club, cheques) for the payment of the price. When making a booking via the Hostel’s website (xxx.xxxxxxx-xxxxxxx.xxx), the Customer shall be expressly advised of this with information about the accepted means of payment. The Hostel also reserves the right not to accept large notes.
5. The agreed prices shall include the taxes and local charges that are applicable at the time of the conclusion of the Contract. The Hostel shall operate dynamic pricing. The Hostel and the guest shall be bound by the price and the scope of the services agreed upon the conclusion of the Contract.
6. In the context of dynamic pricing, the Hostel may make its consent to a subsequent change that is desired by the Customer with regard to the number or category of the booked rooms or beds, the service provided by the Hostel or the length of the stay of the Customer dependent upon an increase in the price for the room rental and/or the other services of the Hostel.
7. The Hostel shall be entitled to demand an appropriate advance payment or security, for example in the form of a credit card guarantee, upon conclusion of the Contract. The amount of the advance payment and the payment dates can be agreed in the Contract in text form.
8. The total price less any advance payments already paid shall be due, unless otherwise agreed, upon arrival before the room is provided and/or other services are rendered.

Services, prices. 3.1. The rent incl. the rent for the room, cleaning one time a week and internet with separate router.
3.2. Should the statutory Value Added Tax change after the agreement has been concluded, the agreed price will change accordingly.
Services, prices. The prices are shown in the Price list vary according to the Services offered and the category of the aircraft assisted. The Price shall be sent to the Customer upon request. DC AVIATION G-OPS has the right to modify the Services’ prices mentioned in the Price list at any time. Even so, the Services are invoiced according to the Price List in force when the Handling Confirmation is sent by DC AVIATION G-OPS.
Services, prices. All given prices for Services to be carried out by INNOMAR personnel, such as survey and training, are excluding travel costs and accommodation. These costs will be invoiced by INNOMAR and shall be paid at costs plus fifteen (15) percent handling charge.
Services, prices. 3.1.1. Unless otherwise indicated on the Website xxx.xxxxxxx.xx pub- lished prices are valid. Subject to paragraph 3.5. "price changes", the prices valid at the time of booking are applicable.
3.1.2. Listed together with the service description the prices of the normal electricity consumption, water, heating, local tax and VAT are included. Additional services requested by the customer (e.g. additional cleaning, laundry service, firewood, etc.) are not included in the rental price and are payable on the spot.
3.1.3. The final cleaning is included in the rental price.
3.1.4. The minimum rental period is 3 nights. Arrival and departure are possible daily. Exception is the 24th December; on that date no arrivals are possible.
Services, prices payment, offsetting
1. The hotel is obligated to keep the rooms booked by the guest available in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions and to provide the agreed services in accordance with the booking confirmation.
2. The guest is obligated to pay the applicable or agreed prices of the hotel for the provision of the room and the other services used by the guest in accordance with the booking confirmation. This applies also to services and expenses of the hotel in relation to third parties caused by the guest or the customer.
3. The agreed prices include the taxes and local charges legally applicable at the time of the conclusion of the Contract. If the period between the conclusion of the Contract and the arrival of the guest exceeds four months and if the statutory sales tax or other taxes and duties change after the conclusion of the Contract, the hotel reserves the right to increase or decrease the agreed prices by the amount by which the applicable sales tax or local taxes and duties have increased or decreased or by the amount of the newly introduced local taxes and duties.
4. The hotel may make its consent to a reduction requested by the guest after conclusion of the Contract in the number of rooms booked, the service of the hotel or the length of stay of the guest dependent on the fact that the price for the rooms and/or for the other services of the hotel are increased.
5. Invoices of the hotel are payable immediately upon receipt without discount. The hotel is entitled to demand payment of due receivables from the guest at any time. The guest shall be in default of payment at the latest if he/she does not make payment within 30 days after the due date and receipt of an invoice; this shall only apply to a guest who is a consumer if these consequences* have been specifically pointed out in the invoice. The hotel may charge a reminder fee of €5.00 for each reminder sent after the default has occurred.
6. The hotel is also entitled to demand a reasonable advance payment or security deposit from the guest in the form of a credit card guarantee, a down payment or similar upon conclusion of the Contract or thereafter. The amount of the advance payment and its due date may be agreed in the Contract in text form.
7. In justified cases, e.g. payment arrears on the part of the guest or expansion of the scope of the Contract, the hotel shall be entitled to demand an advance payment or security deposit within the meaning of the above paragraph 5 o...
Services, prices. 4.1. For the scope of the contractual services, the specifications in our brochures, as they have become the basis of the contract, as well as the related information in the travel confirmation / invoice are binding. Subsidiary agreements that change the scope of the contractual services require an explicit confirmation
4.2. Your journey begins and ends - depending on your booked stay - on the advertised departure and arrival dates.
4.3. Flight tickets are valid only for the travel days indicated therein. If you want a change, we make every effort to provide a replacement carriage on your account.
4.4. If you do not claim any of the services you have paid for, we can only grant a partial refund to you if the service provider grants you a credit, but not if the service is completely irrelevant.
4.5. If you want to extend your trip, please contact our tour guide as soon as possible. Unless otherwise specified, the price will be calculated according to the seasonal price of the extension week according to our price list. The return flight will then take place within the scope of the still available seat capacity. If the extension makes it necessary to change the originally booked airport, there is no entitlement to substitute transportation. For the short-term rebooking of the return flight, additional cancellation fees may apply.
4.6. In the case of flight and / or hotel changes requested by travelers in the destination area, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable processing fee per person, in addition to any additional costs that may arise.
4.7. By accepting your special requests in our booking office, you confirm that these can only be described as non-binding. We endeavor to meet your request for special services not listed in the service description (Z. 4.1), i.e. rooms in a specific location or adjoining rooms, if possible to suit.
4.8. Child discount: Children under 2 years of age may be carried without the right to their own seat on the aircraft, at a price according to the offer, provided that one adult companion travels with each child. The age at the start of the journey is decisive for all reductions. Exceptions are children who reach the age of 2 during the trip.
