Services, prices. All prices for goods and services offered at Xxxxxxxxx-Bräuhaus are inclusive; this means that they include the statutory value-added tax and service charge. If the VAT rate changes after the reservation has been confirmed, the prices will change accordingly. The client and the operator agree on minimum sales of €12 per seat for reservations of 15 seats or more before 5 pm and €20 per seat for reservations starting after 5 pm. If exclusive use of individual rooms has been booked, this minimum sales amount applies to every seat available in that room, regardless of the actual number of persons present. Minimum sales amounts may differ during the festive season (the weeks before and after Christmas) and certain trade fairs. Additional agreements for menu bookings We require written notice of the exact number of participants no later than 2 days before the event. Afterwards, we will calculate 80% of the booked order. In this case, the food price will also be based on the guaranteed sales figure, even if fewer people show up. If the specified number of participants is exceeded, the actual number of participants will determine the amount charged for food and drinks. Services that have been paid for but not utilised do not entitle guests to a refund. If there are more than four months between the confirmation of your reservation and the scheduled event, Xxxxxxxxx Bräuhaus reserves the right to change the prices without prior notice.

If there are several similar apartments with the same number of rooms and persons and the same prices in one building, only one apartment of this category is listed on www.turra- xxxx.xx and in the price list. In consideration for Customer’s internal use and access to the Services, Customer shall pay the prices (“Prices”) for such Services in the price lists set forth in Specifications and Exhibit B (Fee Schedule) (the “Price List”) during the period of performance specified in the Specifications.

Services, prices. ACHAT undertakes to reserve the rooms, function rooms and services booked by the guest in line with these General Terms of Business and to furnish the agreed services. The guest shall have no entitlement to the provision of a particular hotel room or a particular function room unless this has been confirmed in writing or in text form by ACHAT. The guest undertakes to pay the hotel‘s applicable and agreed prices that apply to the provision of the room(s) or function rooms(s) and to the other services that he utilises. This shall also apply to expenses incurred by ACHAT with respect to third parties engaged by the guest and / or the party making the booking. The agreed prices include the respective statutory rate of value added tax. If the period between the conclusion of the contract and the furnishing of the service exceeds four months and if the price generally charged by ACHAT for such services increases, ACHAT may increase the contractually agreed price as appropriate, but by no more than 10 per cent. ACHAT may also revise the prices if the guest subsequently wishes to change the number of rooms booked, the services to be furnished by ACHAT or the duration of the stay, and if XXXXX agrees to such changes. The approval can be subject to the guest’s acceptance of higher prices for rooms and / or other services provided by ACHAT.
