Sick Leave Incentive Plan. Employees may be eligible for a payoff of a part of unused sick leave accruals at separation. This program is an incentive for employees to safeguard sick leave accruals as protection against wage loss due to time lost for injury or illness. Xxxxxx must be approved by the Director of Human Resources, and is subject to the following conditions:
Sick Leave Incentive Plan. Effective April 1, 2002, the following provisions will apply for all employees regardless of date of hire whose next anniversary date occurs subsequent to March 31, 2002, as their sick leave bank accrues additional days: Effective January 1, 2016, an employee who has thirty (30) days in the bank at the beginning of his/her leave year and who uses a limited number of days (combination of sick leave, workers’ compensation, and disability) during the leave year, will receive a lump sum payment equivalent to a fixed number of days regular pay at the end of the leave year based upon the following formula: Total Time Lost Lump Sum Payment 1 days 5 days 0 days 6 days See attached side letter explaining implementation.

Effective January 1, 2016, an employee who has thirty (30) days in the bank at the beginning of his/her leave year and who uses a limited number of days (combination of sick leave, workers compensation, and disability) during the leave year, will receive a lump sum payment equivalent to a fixed number of days regular pay at the end of the leave year based upon the following formula: Total Time Lost Lump Sum Payment 1 days 5 days 0 days 6 days See attached side letter explaining implementation.
Sick Leave Incentive Plan. During the term of this Agreement all employees covered by this Agreement are eligible to participate in the sick leave incentive plan set forth in this section. For each period of three (3) consecutive full months in which an employee does not use any sick leave, the employee shall be paid $50. If an employee does not use any sick leave for four (4) consecutive periods (i.e., 12 consecutive full months), the
Sick Leave Incentive Plan. Upon full service retirement, an employee shall receive a lump sum payment equivalent to 1/9 of 1% of the annual salary for each unused accumulated sick leave day, up to a maximum of 300 days. In the event of death before retirement, the employee's estate shall receive such payment. Full service retirement is defined as retirement at age 55 or older with 25 years or more of service, or retirement at age 60 or after.
Sick Leave Incentive Plan. Each eligible unit member who has used fifty (50) hours or less of sick leave during the preceding calendar year may elect to receive pay for 50% of the sick leave earned (at one hour pay for one hour converted) during the preceding calendar year, less the amount of sick leave used during the same period.
Sick Leave Incentive Plan. Any teacher who does not take any sick days during the school year shall receive a $1000.00 one time bonus. Any teacher who takes only one sick day shall receive a $600.00 one time bonus. Any teacher who takes only two sick days shall receive a $400.00 one time bonus. Any teacher who takes only three sick days shall receive a $300.00 one time bonus. INSTRUCTIONAL 47 July 1, 2007 – June 30, 2008 July 1, 2008 – June 30, 2011 USE OF SICK LEAVE AND FAMILY ILLNESS DAYS SHALL COUNT AGAINST THE EMPLOYEE IN CALCULATING THE SICK LEAVE INCENTIVE BONUS Any employee using more than three (3) of these days in any combination shall be ineligible for the sick leave bonus. The above bonus shall be paid in July.
Sick Leave Incentive Plan. Exclusive of “kincare”, employees may exchange personal disability leave for its cash equivalent according to the following schedule. Eligible employees are those regular full-time employees who work a full payroll year. Sick Leave Incentive Plan. If the average sick leave usage of employees in the Group is under forty (40) hours per year, calculated on annualized actual time off from October to October, based on the last pay periods ending in October, exclusive of catastrophic illness or injury requiring absence in excess of two hundred (200) hours or industrial injury leave in excess of eighty (80) hours, the annual payoff for unused sick leave will be as follows: Accrued Sick Leave Hours Rate of Payoff 0 – 100 15% 101 – 240 45% 241 – 560 60% Over 560 (mandatory) 75%
Sick Leave Incentive Plan. In order to discourage the unnecessary use of sick time and to encourage the accumulation of sick leave, the Township agrees to provide for the duration of this Agreement, the following Sick Leave Incentive Plan:
