NB: Classification advancement is dependent upon vacancies and the needs of the Company. Classifications and/or wage adjustment is not advanced on a skills acquired basis. ❑ ENGINEERING EMPLOYEE – LEVEL 1 (EE-L1) An employee classified at this level is undertaking induction training. An employee at this level works under direct supervision and performs routine duties essentially of a manual nature to the level of his/her training as per the following: i) Performs general labouring and cleaning duties; ii) Is undertaking structured training so as to enable the employee to work at the next level. Indicative of the tasks which an employee at this level may perform but not limited to, are: • General labouring; • Amenities Cleaning; • Driving vehicle (Class 1 license) for deliveries; • Assisting employees at higher levels with manual duties. An employee at this level shall be required to demonstrate that such work can be performed competently to the required standards.   • Maintenance Programme (i) The Contractor shall prepare a monthly maintenance programme (the “Maintenance Programme”) in consultation with the Authority’s Engineer and submit the same to the Authority’s Engineer not later than 10 (ten) days prior to the commencement of the month in which the Maintenance is to be carried out. For this purpose a joint monthly inspection by the Contractor and the Authority’s Engineer shall be undertaken. The Maintenance Programme shall contain the following: (a) The condition of the road in the format prescribed by the Authority’s Engineer; (b) the proposed maintenance Works; and (c) deployment of resources for maintenance Works.

  • Programme 13.1 Within the time stated in the Contract Data, the Contractor shall submit to the Engineer for approval a Programme showing the general methods, arrangements,' order and timing for all the activities for the construction of works. 13.2 The program shall be supported with all the details regarding key personnel, equipment and machinery proposed to be deployed on the works for its execution. The contractor shall submit the list of equipment and machinery being brought to site, the list of key personnel being deployed, the list of machinery/equipment being placed in field laboratory and the location of field laboratory along with the Programme.

  • Safety Program The Contractor shall design a specific safety program for the Work for the site(s). The Contractor shall establish and require all Subcontractors to establish reasonable safety programs. The Contractor shall also submit its standard monthly safety reports to the Owner and Design Professional. No imposition of responsibility on the Contractor for safety under this Contract shall relieve any subcontractor of its responsibility for safety of persons or property on or near the Project Site. The Contractor shall include in his plant he names of the person in charge of Safety.

During such DEVELOPMENT efforts, KOSAN will assist RWJPRI as may be mutually agreed, at RWJPRI's expense, in chemical development, formulation development, production of labeled material and production of sufficient quantities of material for STAGE O and initial STAGE I studies. RWJPRI shall exercise diligent efforts, commensurate with the efforts it would normally exercise for products with similar potential sales volume and consistent with its overall business strategy, in developing such PRODUCT in accordance with the DEVELOPMENT PLAN established by RWJPRI. In the course of such efforts RWJPRI shall, either directly or through an AFFILIATE or SUBLICENSEE to which the license shall have been extended, take appropriate steps including the following: (i) in consultation with the JDAC, select certain LICENSED COMPOUNDS for STAGE O DEVELOPMENT; and (ii) establish and maintain a program reasonably designed, funded and resourced to obtain information adequate to enable the preparation and filing with an appropriate and properly empowered national regulatory authority all necessary documentation, data and [**] CERTAIN INFORMATION IN THIS EXHIBIT HAS BEEN OMITTED AND FILED SEPARATELY WITH THE COMMISSION. CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT HAS BEEN REQUESTED WITH RESPECT TO THE OMITTED PORTIONS. other evidence required for IND non-rejection to commence and conduct human clinical trials of such PRODUCT.   • Wage Progression Employees within their position classification will progress from the “start rate” to the “one year rate” and so on, on the basis of 1,800 hours worked at the “start rate” to the “one year rate” and so on. Hours worked and paid for, including hours paid during the probationary period (450) hours, and hours not worked and paid for by the WSIB shall be considered hours worked for the purposes of computing eligibility to progress to the next higher rate within their position classification.
