Bench Strength. Compass Solutions maintains a strong candidate pool so that additional resources can be provided to a client within 24-hours to replace existing staff or augment a task order. We ensure our bench strength and prompt turn-around through several means: Internal shadowing resources: Compass Solutions maintains corporate resources that can replace or assist an on-site employee. We current maintain a ratio of 6:1. For example, for every six Business Analysts on-site supporting the client, we have one internal candidate (“Shadow”) supporting those Business Analysts. The Shadow is familiar with the client’s environment and technologies and can step in during absences or as replacements very quickly. To demonstrate, our client, the DC Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE), requested a replacement for our employee who was going on maternity leave; they also wanted an overlap between both employees to ensure knowledge transfer; we were able to comply and provide a strong resource with a strong knowledge of OSSE’s infrastructure within 48 hours. Our client, the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC) wanted a replacement for our on-site project manager overseeing data center projects; we were able to provide a suitable replacement from our “shadow” team within 24 hours. Internal database of proven resources: Compass Solutions currently maintains resumes of proven professionals in our internal database. We have over 2,000 resumes with over 300 of those having worked on at least 1 engagement with us. We are able to quickly tap this rich internal resource to meet demands for replacements, additions and augmentation promptly. We believe that we will be able to meet at least 80% of the bench strength requirements Florida IT Staff Augmentation Services Project using this resource. Recruiting Networks: In addition to our traditional resources, Compass Solutions belongs to several recruiting networks where consultants are advertised and engaged. Bench Strength. The objective for the Powersolv staffing practice is to deliver the right resources, at the right place, and at the right time - with optimum utilization of the client’s budget. Powersolv has the ability to provide multiple alternate resources for a given assignment. In case a replacement is needed, a replacement of demonstrated similar quality, experience and knowledge can be provided with a minimum of delay. As described in the sub sections above, we have a strong and very responsive recruitment process. Our track record for on-boarding new talent with even two (2) weeks of planning lead time is stellar. In most situations, we find that our planning lead-time tends to be significantly higher than 2 weeks. Typically, new requirements arise on the basis of competitive RFQs, or in the expansion of our current engagements with our clients. In the latter case, since our TO Managers are constantly in touch with our clients, and are in fact our clients’ trusted partners, we know about any plans they have while they are still in the formative stage. This allows us to proactively find the right people for the job, ahead of time, and create critical - talent pipeline on the chance that their plans may come to fruition.   • Geometric visibility The visibility of the illuminating surface, including its visibility in areas which do not appear to be illuminated in the direction of observation considered, shall be ensured within a divergent space defined by generating lines based on the perimeter of the illuminating surface and forming an angle of not less than 5° with the axis of reference of the headlamp.

  • Experience, Financial Capability and Suitability Subscriber is: (i) sophisticated in financial matters and is able to evaluate the risks and benefits of the investment in the Shares and (ii) able to bear the economic risk of its investment in the Shares for an indefinite period of time because the Shares have not been registered under the Securities Act (as defined below) and therefore cannot be sold unless subsequently registered under the Securities Act or an exemption from such registration is available. Subscriber is capable of evaluating the merits and risks of its investment in the Company and has the capacity to protect its own interests. Subscriber must bear the economic risk of this investment until the Shares are sold pursuant to: (i) an effective registration statement under the Securities Act or (ii) an exemption from registration available with respect to such sale. Subscriber is able to bear the economic risks of an investment in the Shares and to afford a complete loss of Subscriber’s investment in the Shares.

  • Financial Capability At the Closing, the Investor shall have available funds necessary to consummate the Closing on the terms and conditions contemplated by this Agreement.

  • Safety Glasses Section 1. The City shall supply prescription safety glasses with plastic lenses to employees who are required to wear safety glasses and who are members of the classifications contained in Appendix C to this contract. Safety glasses which are authorized must be industrial grade safety glasses which meet or exceed the requirements of ANSI Specification Z87. 1. All employees who are required to wear safety glasses shall also be required to wear side xxxxxxx, either permanent or snap-on, whenever an eye hazard exists. Solid tinted glasses will not be approved unless required by prescription. Photogray, progressive, scratch coating and/or anti-glare lenses may be considered for those employees who primarily work outdoors or as prescribed. In the event that additional classes are identified as needing either prescription safety glasses or protective eyewear, such classes may be added to the classification list in Appendix C upon approval of PAGE and the City. Section 2. The City agrees to pay the full cost of required prescription safety glasses, with frames not to exceed $75.00. This excludes the cost of the eye examination which will be the responsibility of the employee. The effected employees will be allowed one (1) replacement of safety glasses every two (2) years. In the event the safety glasses become lost, unserviceable, or broken on the job, the employee must present a written request for replacement to the Department Head and Human Resources Director. If the employee breaks his safety glasses while on the job, the Department shall replace the glasses at no cost to the employee. The replacement of lost glasses or glasses that are broken off the job will be at the discretion of the Department Head and Human Resources Director. If an employee has been provided safety glasses by the City, the employee shall be permitted to retain possession of the glasses after separation from the City without reimbursing the City for any costs associated with the glasses. Section 3. An employee who is required to wear prescription safety glasses must present a written request to his department head or designated representative. Section 4. The employee must obtain a current prescription and the employee is authorized the use of sick leave not to exceed two (2) hours to accomplish this examination. The employee will obtain a purchase order from the Department Head prior to ordering the safety glasses. The employee will present the purchase order to the appropriate vendor when ordering. The vendor will contact the appropriate Department Head when the glasses are ready for delivery. The Department Head will then notify the employee who will present himself at the vendor for fitting and pickup. Section 5. In the event a probationary employee has been issued safety glasses and terminates his employment with the City for any reason during the probationary period, he shall be required to reimburse the City for any expenses incurred in the purchase of safety glasses.

  • Industry Troubleshooter Where a difference arises between the parties relating to the dismissal, discipline, or suspension of an employee, or to the interpretation, application, operation, or alleged violation of this Agreement, including any question as to whether a matter is arbitrable, during the term of the Collective Agreement, Xxxxx XxXxxxxxxx, Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx, or a substitute agreed to by the parties, shall at the request of either party:

  • Audience Contractor, in collaboration with its subcontractors, shall design, and/or purchase materials and convene a series of training courses that shall serve as a local training resource for group xxxx xxxxx, xxxxxx care providers, and County staff serving Mendocino County’s federally IV-E-eligible children.

  • OPERATIONAL CAPABILITY Contractor represents and warrants, as previously certified in Contractor’s Bidder’s Certification, that Contractor has the operational and financial capability to perform the Contract.

  • Speed The relative importance we attach is “high”.

  • Quality Management Grantee will: 1. comply with quality management requirements as directed by the System Agency. 2. develop and implement a Quality Management Plan (QMP) that conforms with 25 TAC § 448.504 and make the QMP available to System Agency upon request. The QMP must be developed no later than the end of the first quarter of the Contract term. 3. update and revise the QMP each biennium or sooner, if necessary. Xxxxxxx’s governing body will review and approve the initial QMP, within the first quarter of the Contract term, and each updated and revised QMP thereafter. The QMP must describe Xxxxxxx’s methods to measure, assess, and improve - i. Implementation of evidence-based practices, programs and research-based approaches to service delivery; ii. Client/participant satisfaction with the services provided by Xxxxxxx; iii. Service capacity and access to services; iv. Client/participant continuum of care; and v. Accuracy of data reported to the state. 4. participate in continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities as defined and scheduled by the state including, but not limited to data verification, performing self-reviews; submitting self-review results and supporting documentation for the state’s desk reviews; and participating in the state’s onsite or desk reviews. 5. submit plan of improvement or corrective action plan and supporting documentation as requested by System Agency. 6. participate in and actively pursue CQI activities that support performance and outcomes improvement. 7. respond to consultation recommendations by System Agency, which may include, but are not limited to the following: i. Staff training; ii. Self-monitoring activities guided by System Agency, including use of quality management tools to self-identify compliance issues; and iii. Monitoring of performance reports in the System Agency electronic clinical management system.
