Statement of Weekly Wage Rates. 11.2.1 On payday the employer shall forward to each employee a statement showing: * name of employee * classification of employees * period to which pay relates * Ordinary hourly rate * Number of hours worked * Gross payment * Amount of superannuation contribution and the name of the fund or scheme * site allowance and severance payments (where practicable) * overtime rates net payment tax
Statement of Weekly Wage Rates. On or prior to pay day, the employer shall provide each employee with a statement showing all written particulars as follows: • The name of the employee. • The remuneration of the employee is set by an industrial instrument - the classification of the employee under that instrument. • The date on which the payment was made. • The period of employment to which the payment relates. • The gross amount of remuneration (including overtime and other payments). • The amount paid as overtime or such information as will enable the employee to calculate the amount paid as overtime. • The amount deducted for taxation purposes. • The amount deducted as employee contributions for superannuation purposes as per written request by employee. • The particulars of all other deductions. • The net amount paid. Or as otherwise prescribed by the Fair Work Act. The employer will work to resolve any genuine difficulties which may arise for individual employees in relation to payment of wages. Any under payment of wages shall wherever practical and possible be corrected on the next pay period. An employee(s) agrees to reimburse the Company for any overpayment of wages proven to be made to the Employee in error by the Company. Where the employee is overpaid; the employee and employer will negotiate a repayment plan on a weekly basis within the current financial year; or at termination if before the end of the financial year. When an employee’s employment is terminated they shall be paid all monies (less any monies owed to the company) due to them as soon as practicable and, in any case, by next pay period.

  • Hourly Wage Rates The Employer shall pay wages to every employee covered by this Agreement at the rates set forth in Schedule "A" hereunto annexed in respect of the various classifications therein contained. Schedule "A" shall be deemed to be contained in, and form a part of this Agreement.

  • Minimum Wage Rates It shall include, in all contracts in excess of $2,000 for work on any projects funded under this grant agreement which involve labor, provisions establishing minimum rates of wages, to be predetermined by the Secretary of Labor, in accordance with the Xxxxx-Xxxxx Act, as amended (40 U.S.C. 276a-276a-5), which contractors shall pay to skilled and unskilled labor, and such minimum rates shall be stated in the invitation for bids and shall be included in proposals or bids for the work.

The Contractor shall comply with the provisions of Sections 1774, 1775, 1776 and 1813 of the Labor Code.

  • Mileage Rates The mileage rate shall be the maximum allowed by the Internal Revenue Service. If the IRS rate should change during the term of the contract, the contract rate shall change also on the date specified by the IRS.

  • Wage Rate The hourly rates for full-time junior and adult apprentices as set out in this agreement shall apply to school based apprentices except that the school based apprentice for pay purposes will be paid a further 25% of hours to the actual hours worked for off the job training.

  • STATE PREVAILING WAGE RATES A. CONSULTANT shall comply with the State of California’s General Prevailing Wage Rate requirements in accordance with California Labor Code, Section 1770, and all Federal, State, and local laws and ordinances applicable to the work.

  • Wage Rate Payments / Changes During Contract Term The wages to be paid under any resulting Contract shall not be less than the prevailing rate of wages and supplements as set forth by law. It is required that the Contractor keep informed of all changes in the Prevailing Wage Rates during the Contract term that apply to the classes of individuals supplied by the Contractor on any projects resulting from this Contract, subject to the provisions of the Labor Law. Contractor is solely liable for and must pay such required prevailing wage adjustments during the Contract term as required by law.

  • CLASSIFICATIONS AND WAGE RATES A current list of Field job classifications and applicable wage rates for the Nevada Irrigation District are set forth in the District Wage Schedule.
