Student Compliance. The Student recognizes that their participation in the housing selection process constitutes a commitment to observe all stipulations set forth in this agreement. The Student also understands that a failure to comply with these expectations shall subject them to accountability through the judicial process. Such action may include possible termination of the agreement to provide campus housing, with no refund of fees.
Student Compliance. The student agrees to abide by all the rules in the Ranken Student Handbook as well as the Residential Life Handbook. The College reserves the right to make changes to existing rules and to repeal rules. The student will be notified of any rule changes and the student agrees to abide by any rule changes. The student also agrees to comply with all Federal, State, Local laws, regulations and ordinances while in residence.
Student Compliance. All students must comply with the USD 298 Lincoln Board of Education policy, the Acceptable Use, Media Release, Internet Safety Guidelines and USD 298 Lincoln Computer Guidelines. Students who wish to have their photographs, names, or work posted on the USD 298 Lincoln website or other publications and media must first provide consent to the Acceptable Use, Media Release, and Internet Safety Agreement during enrollment. Students shall report to school personnel any personal electronically transmitted attacks in any form made by others over the Internet or local network using any USD 298 Lincoln technology. Students shall understand information obtained via the Internet may or may not be correct.
Student Compliance a. The District shall provide those students who arrive at school without appropriate PPE with PPE that meets safety guidelines.
b. The District shall provide accommodations for the student use of PPE only as required by law.
c. The District shall create a process by which students who have not been granted accommodations and refuse to wear masks will be promptly identified, removed to a designated safe location, and required to wear a mask before returning to an in-person learning environment. Administration will be responsible for student discipline regarding face masks, and any supervision related to such issues. If a student without an accommodation refuses to wear a mask, they will not be allowed back into the classroom until the issue is resolved. If there is continued refusal, the student will be reassigned to remote learning.
Student Compliance. Student shall adhere to all of the requirements of the Program. In addition, Students are encouraged to have daily practice throughout the Program. As such, Students are allowed to attend an unlimited number of classes with clients and workshops during the Program Term. Student also understands and agrees that he/she is a representation of the Company’s brand. As such, during the Program Term and thereafter, Student agrees to abide by all Program requirements and shall also uphold all of the ethics, boundaries, policies, procedures, and mission of the Company that are in effect at the time of execution of this Agreement and all others that may during the Program Term come into effect. Without limiting the foregoing, the Student:
i. will wear appropriate attire at all times. No boxers, bralettes, or inappropriately revealing clothing of any nature will be allowed;
ii. will maintain good hygiene at all times;
iii. will interact with clients and other students of the Company in a professional manner at all times;
iv. will use his/her best efforts to positively integrate within the community;
v. will respect the time of lead teacher trainers, other students, and peers;
vi. will attend all class sessions in a punctual manner;
vii. will attend all meetings, feedbacks, tutoring sessions, and the like that will occur during the Program Term in a punctual manner;
viii. will not date or engage in sexual conduct with clients, or other students;
ix. will not instruct clients in any capacity without advance written permission and supervision of an E-RYT 200 (being Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx and/or Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx);
x. will not accept, request or receive any money or other compensation for yoga services until fully certified through the Program;
xi. will not refer or recommend to clients of the Company to become clients of other yoga, dance/pole studios/businesses;
xii. while attending, observing, and/or actually teaching a class, Student shall arrive at the Company’s facility at least ten (10) minutes prior to the scheduled class start time;
xiii. shall not commit a crime of moral turpitude, such as an act of fraud;
xiv. shall comply with all instructions and directives from the Company;
xv. shall not engage in any activity that would harm or bring shame to the Company’s standing and/or reputation, or to any other student, client or employee, vendor or supplier;

Student Compliance. School shall inform Student and faculty that they shall be required to comply with Emory’s rules, regulations and procedures, and shall use its best efforts to keep Students and faculty informed as to the same and any changes therein of which School is made aware. Specifically, School shall keep each Student and faculty member apprised of his or her responsibilities, including but not limited to thefollowing:
a) To follow the administrative policies, standards and practices of Emory when in Emory.
b) To provide the necessary and appropriate uniforms and supplies required where not provided by Emory.
c) To report to Emory on time and to follow all rules and regulations of Emory.
d) To comply with federal and state laws, including but limited to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 and the federal regulations issued thereunder (collectively “HIPAA”), regarding the confidentiality of all medical, health, financial and social information (includingmental health) pertaining to particular clients or patients.
e) To wear a name tag that clearly identifies him/her as a Student or faculty member.
f) To refrain from publishing any material related to the Education Experience that identifies Emory or its patients or staff, directly or indirectly, or uses the name of Emory, without first obtaining written approval from Emory.
g) To comply with all federal, state and local laws regarding the use, possession, manufacture ordistribution of alcohol and controlled substances.
h) To follow Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (C.D.C.) Universal Precautions for Bloodborne Pathogens, C.D.C. Guidelines for Tuberculosis Infection Control and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (O.S.H.A.) Respiratory Protection Standards.

Student Compliance. A CAU student may be subject to disciplinary action for one or more of the following reasons and will be determined on a case-by-case basis: • Failure to submit work for each course each week • Failure to attend scheduled online, synchronous class sessions • Failure to respond to teacher/administrator phone calls, emails, and/or intervention meeting requests • Failure to participate in state-mandated testing • Failure to communicate the change of address, phone number(s) or other contact information • Failure to maintain academic integrity (i.e., Student logging under parent/guardian account, plagiarism, taking assessments multiple times in a short period) • Failure to follow Individual Education Plan (IEP) (if applicable) • Failure to follow other CAU policies • Allowing an unauthorized person access to a student’s K12 Virtual Schools LLC (Stride K12) ® online school account. This includes both online and hardcopy curriculum materials. ACADEMICS
Student Compliance. College acknowledges and agrees that it is a condition to Company’s acceptance of each Student for an externship rotation hereunder that Company requires each such Student (i) to undergo Company’s standard HIPAA training, and (ii) to execute the Student Confidentiality Agreement. College will assist Company in obtaining the execution by each Student of the Student Confidentiality Agreement on or prior to the date of commencement of such Student’s externship.
Student Compliance. The School shall direct its Students to comply with all Laws and UCLA’s policies and rules. School acknowledges, and shall inform each Student, that if applicable such Students will be subject to the same policies as regular, full-time students at UCLA (e.g., UCLA is a totally smoke-free campus and smoking is prohibited inside UCLA Facilities, including dormitories, and anywhere on campus grounds).
