Supervisor Responsibility. Each site supervisor shall, in concert with the site governance team, be responsible for the development and implementation of a site security plan to protect unit members from unauthorized intrusions and criminal activity on the site. Unit members at the site shall be given the opportunity to be involved in the development of the plan pursuant to Section 11.5.
Supervisor Responsibility. Each site supervisor shall, in concert with the school site council or school safety planning committee, be responsible for the development and implementation of a comprehensive school safety plan pursuant to Education Code sections 32280-32289. Each site may designate the site governance team as the school safety planning committee. Unit members at the site shall be given the opportunity to be involved in the development of the plan pursuant to Section 11.5.
Supervisor Responsibility. The shift supervisor has the discretion to relieve the tardy employee of the shift or advise the employee not to report for duty if a replacement has been scheduled. The tardy person may be allowed to work the second half of the shift. Time lost due to tardiness will be taken without pay.

If a Supervisor is aware of the harassment of an employee and does not take the appropriate corrective action, then disciplinary sanctions may be imposed upon the Supervisor as well as the offender. The Supervisor is obligated to tell the complainant of their right to file a complaint with the Human Rights Commission. If the matter is taken to the Human Rights Commission, the supervisor is obligated to cooperate with the officials of the Commission.
Supervisor Responsibility. The immediate supervisor shall have fifteen (15) workdays to meet with the employee, investigate the alleged grievance and respond to the employee.
Supervisor Responsibility. A. The working road supervisor will make a periodic inspection of all active Special Duty assignments.

(a) The parties to this Agreement consider leadership crucial to the achievement of the goals set out in this Agreement the Company will endeavour to identify, encourage and train personnel with leadership from its Employees who will accept the leadership responsibilities as detailed below:

(xiv) Understand and apply the intent and provisions of this Agreement and to seek appropriate advice in respect of provisions not fully understood. To provide leadership to the team in respect of the application of the Agreement.

21.2 Emergency Operation of Revenue Equipment
a) an Act of God, such as, but not limited to, earthquake, fire, flood, mud slide, snow or other natural event; or
b) a man made event, such as, but not limited to, an act of terrorism, sabotage, explosion, bomb, fire, or other act, or
c) civil unrest, such as, but not limited to, riot, demonstration, civil disobedience or other kinds of mayhem, or
d) the incapacitation of an operator in service.
