Tasks/Deliverables. The Contractor will be responsible for the following tasks/deliverables at/for each location:

Tasks/Deliverables. The Sub-Recipient must successfully complete the following tasks and deliverables throughout the period of performance. Quarterly Tasks (Form1B) will need to be provided each quarter to show completion or working towards the completion of each task. Quarterly deliverables must be uploaded into the Division’s SharePoint portal at xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx each quarter as stated in the scope of work. The Sub-Recipient must also provide a certification of completion on the deliverable checklist.

Tasks/Deliverables. The following tasks and deliverables are for the first year of implementation only. This is a 12-month agreement starting on the day that all Parties’ signatures are obtained. TRPC staff anticipates that implementation coordination needs will evolve as implementation proceeds, therefore, a revised scope of work will be needed for any subsequent years.
