UPregnancy Leave. (a) Pregnancy leave will be granted in accordance with the provisions of the Employment Standards Act for a period up to seventeen (17) weeks, except where amended in this provision. A nurse who is eligible for a pregnancy leave may extend the leave for a period of up to twelve (12) months' duration, inclusive of any parental leave.
