Work Day and Week. The hours of work of all employees, except those otherwise specifically mentioned in this Agreement, shall be as follows:
a) Working hours will be the equivalent of thirty-five (35) hours per week. Employees will continue to work a normal week of five (5) x seven and one-half (7 1/2) hour days and shall receive seventeen (17) days a year Reduced Work Week Leave (RWWL).
b) RWWL days will be scheduled to allow employees one (1) full day off in each of the seventeen (17) bi-weekly (pay) periods which do not contain statutory holidays, but in no event, except where subject to 10.01 (g) below, will an employee be scheduled off less than seventeen (17) days per calendar year in service. RWWL days may only be scheduled off for a period of less than one full day where such leave is taken as leave of absence under Subsection 19.01(b) and Section 19.03.
Work Day and Week. A. The regularly scheduled work week shall consist of forty (40) hours beginning at 12:01 a.m.
Work Day and Week. Except for innovative schedules discussed in paragraph 10.6, the basic workday consists of eight (8) hours of work to be completed within eight and one- half (8 1/2) consecutive hours. This will include a one-half hour meal period, unpaid if the meal period is free from interruption and the Registered Nurse is free to leave the premises. If not, the Registered Nurse will be paid time-and-one-half for the one-half hour meal period. The workweek shall run seven (7) consecutive days from midnight on Saturday to midnight on the following Saturday.
Work Day and Week. A full-time Employee shall work eight (8) hours per 27 day and forty (40) hours per week, inclusive of rest periods described below. This Article shall 28 not restrict the extension of the regular work day or work week on an overtime basis when such 29 is necessary to carry on the business of the Employer. (Ed. Code 45127 & 128)
Work Day and Week. Eight hours shall constitute a regular day's work between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 4:30 P.M., with a one-half hour intermission for lunch, at 12:00 noon; and forty hours shall constitute a regular work week from Monday through Friday. Crews will report at headquarters and be ready to leave for site of work at 8:00 A.M. and Employer agrees to pay employees for time elapsed between 8:00 A.M. and the time at which they are returned to headquarters. When scheduled work is requested on weekends, all employees will be expected to take a half hour lunch unpaid and no meal will be provided. Regular work day hours may be changed for spray crews by mutual agreement between Employer and Union.

Work Day and Week. (A) The Work Day for the following Groups is for a duration of eight (8) hours per day, commencing and ending as follows: Group I - 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Group II - 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and the work week for each of those groups is for a duration of forty (40) hours commencing on Monday and ending on Friday for five (5) consecutive days.
(B) The work day for Group III is for a duration of ten (10) hours per day commencing at 4:00 p.m. and ending the following day at 2:00 a.m., and the work week for Group IV is for a duration of forty (40) hours for four (4) consecutive days between and including Monday and Saturday; provided the Chief of Police may change the hours of the work day to eight (8) hours, the work week to five (5) days per week, and the hours upon which work is commenced, when necessary or appropriate in his sole discretion for the purposes of any emergency, absence of an officer or officers by reason of vacation, sick, compensatory, or other time-off, or obtaining weekend coverage.
Work Day and Week. A. The Administration shall have the right to schedule custodial employees to work one of the following work weeks: (1) a work week which starts on Sunday at midnight and ends the following Friday at midnight, or (2) a work week which starts on Monday at midnight and ends the following Saturday at midnight. Any changes in an existing scheduled work week will be offered and assigned on a voluntary basis according to greatest seniority within the classification and within the building. If there are no volunteers, the change in an existing scheduled work week will be assigned according to least seniority in the custodial classification in the building.
B. Any employee who works six (6) hours or more per day shall be given a thirty (30) minute duty-free paid lunch period.
C. 1. The length of a specific work day shall be determined solely by the School District in accordance with Article VIII Section A (work year) and Section B (school delays/ cancellation.) While retaining its managerial prerogative to eliminate a position or positions, or to reduce the work year or work day of a position or positions in accordance with Article VIII, the School District agrees that it will not reduce the workday of any full-time position existing as of July 1, 2006 during the term of this Agreement.
