Xxxx Days. Fifteen (15) per year for twelve-month positions (cumulative to 270), Twelve (12) per year for eleven-month positions (cumulative to 240), and ten (10) per year for ten-month positions (cumulative to 200).

DRAFT Each full-time teacher employed under regular or temporary contract shall be entitled to be absent from work on account of personal illness or quarantine for a total of eleven (11) days for first year employees and for all others, ten (10) days without loss of compensation. If in any one school year the teacher shall be absent for such illness or quarantine less than the prescribed number of days, the remaining days shall be accumulative to a total of 196 days., provided, however, that up to a total of twelve (12) sick leave days per year Sick days, as defined above, may also be used for illness of spouse, children, father, mother, legal guardian, brother, sister, father-in-law, mother-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, any member of the step family, grandchildren, grandparent or others living in the home with the employee, or for medical and dental appointments. A teacher employed under regular or temporary contract for only a portion of the school year shall be entitled to a proportionate number of days of sick leave, and unused days will be accumulative as specified herein. Verification of illness by a physician's statement may be required at the sole discretion of the school employer.
Xxxx Days. The District will provide the Superintendent with 15 sick days per school year, of which the Superintendent may accumulate no more than 5 sick days per school year and no more than 50 unused sick days during the entire period of her service as Superintendent of Schools. Accumulated unused sick days accrued by the Superintendent while previously working for the District as a Central Office Administrator will be applied to her accumulated sick leave bank as Superintendent. The Superintendent will notify the District’s business office, in writing and no later than July 30 following each school year, of unused sick days from the previous school year and, in the absence of such notification, will be deemed to have used all sick days available to her. Upon the termination of the Superintendent’s employment with the District, the Superintendent will not be compensated for earned but unused sick days.
Xxxx Days. (Earned on a pro-rata basis, based upon the driver's regular daily schedule)
1. Regular bus drivers will be granted ten (10) sick days per year. If the days are not used in any one school year, they can accumulate into the next school year. The maximum accumulation shall be one hundred (100) days.
2. All requests for sick leave must be submitted to be approved by the Superintendent or his designated representative.
3. The Board, at any time at its expense, may require an employee to submit to an examination by a physician.
4. A driver may use two (2) sick days per year for personal business, which cannot normally be handled outside work hours. The reason and date are subject to administrative approval.
5. Upon retirement, a driver will be paid one-half (½) his/her accumulated sick days at the rate of 50% of the previous year's average daily rate.
Xxxx Days. The Board shall provide to the School Business Administrator twelve (12) sick days and three (3) family illness days for immediate family members (ex. Spouse and children), per contract year. All unused sick days shall be accumulated and available for sick leave, if needed.
Xxxx Days. Two personal leave days, if not used, are allowed to accumulate as sick leave. Upon retirement, each unused sick leave day shall be reimbursed at $115.00 per day, with a total employee cap of $15,000.

Xxxx Days. HSOs shall accrue, as of the commencement of their employment, and annually thereafter, fourteen (14) days of paid sick leave. Unused sick leave may be accumulated and carried over to subsequent years. Sick leave may be used for illnesses caused or contributed to by pregnancy.
