Xxxxx Differential. Designated employees trained and certified to operate a crane will receive 1% added to their base wage. Management has the right to determine the number of employees who will receive the 1%. Employees currently certified and trained will be paid the 1% at least until the time of the next certification.
Xxxxx Differential. Officers shall be paid a shift differential of 1.5% of the Police Officer hourly rate when normally assigned to a shift beginning at or after 12:00 Noon. Leave of absence is not to be included in the differential pay computation; however, such computation shall include sick days, vacation, off days, and holidays.
Xxxxx Differential. 3rd shift (Full-time and Part-time)
Xxxxx Differential. An employee work day which begins after 2:00 p.m. and ends before midnight shall have a one-half (1/2) hour meal hour included in the working day. An employee whose shift is from midnight on shall have a one-half (1/2) hour meal period included in the working day plus a two and one-half (2 1/2) percent hourly rate increase.
Xxxxx Differential. In the event that a Dietary Aide works a full shift as a xxxx, the employee will receive a Xxxx’x Differential of one dollar fifty cents ($1.50) per hour for that shift.
Xxxxx Differential. Permanent employees performing authorized work between the hours of six (6:00) p.m. and six (6:00) a.m. and for all hours worked on a contract designated holiday, shall be paid a premium of seventy-five cents ($.75) effective March 10, 2011. Permanent employees performing authorized work on Sunday shall be paid a premium of one dollar ($1.00) effective March 10, 2011. Only those employees who had been receiving the $1.20 minimum as of December 21, 1969 employed in certain positions, shall continue to receive the $1.20 minimum when assigned to duty during the above specified period.
Xxxxx Differential. When the University assigns an employee to a work shift in which the majority of time is worked on a daily basis between 6 PM and 6 AM, the employee will be paid shift differential for all hours worked. The shift differential is sixty-five cents ($0.65) per hour or one hundred thirteen dollars and ten cents ($113.10) per month.
Xxxxx Differential. A five percent (5%) differential pay is provided to full- time, overtime eligible, Bargaining Unit members who are regularly assigned to a work schedule in which at least seven and one half (7½) hours of scheduled work time fall between the hours of 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. In addition, full-time, overtime eligible, Bargaining Unit members regularly assigned to a weekend shift who supervise represented employees receiving a weekend shift differential shall also receive a weekend shift differential in the same manner as eligible represented employees.
Xxxxx Differential. An additional 60 cents per hour will be paid to second shift custodians, starting at 2:30 P.M. or later, who are contracted for a minimum of 1040 hours per year. Nightshift custodians who are assigned to day shift duties during the winter, mid-winter, and spring recesses shall continue to be paid the shift differential during such periods. If such night custodians are assigned to day shift during the summer recess, the shift differential shall not be paid for that period.
Xxxxx Differential. A shift differential shall be paid for all hours worked to all employees whose regular shift begins between the hours of 12:00 noon and 8:00 p.m. (swing shift). The dollar amount of the shift differential shall be established as four percent (4%) of the employee's hourly rate. A shift differential shall be paid for all hours worked to all employees whose regular shift begins between the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 4:00 a.m. (graveyard shift). The amount of this differential shall be six percent (6%) of the employee's hourly rate. The District retains the exclusive right to determine whether a swing or grave shift operation will be scheduled, but will discuss with the Association prior to implementing to determine how many and which employees will be assigned to them. However, the District will endeavor to satisfy employee shift preferences as much as business demands reasonably permit, and when all other factors are equal will rely upon classification seniority. Only holidays and regularly scheduled hours will be considered for the purpose of computing shift differentials. Thus, no shift differential will be paid for time off such as sick leave or annual leave.
