Xxxxx Differential. Designated employees trained and certified to operate a crane will receive 1% added to their base wage. Management has the right to determine the number of employees who will receive the 1%. Employees currently certified and trained will be paid the 1% at least until the time of the next certification.
Xxxxx Differential. A five percent (5%) shift differential pay is provided to full-time overtime eligible bargaining unit employees who are regularly assigned to a work schedule in which at least 7½ hours of scheduled work time fall between the hours of 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
Xxxxx Differential. Officers shall be paid a shift differential of 1.5% of the Police Officer hourly rate when normally assigned to a shift beginning at or after 12:00 Noon. Leave of absence is not to be included in the differential pay computation; however, such computation shall include sick days, vacation, off days, and holidays.
Xxxxx Differential. In the event that a Dietary Aide works a full shift as a xxxx, the employee will receive a Xxxx’x Differential of one dollar fifty cents ($1.50) per hour for that shift.
Xxxxx Differential. An employee work day which begins after 2:00 p.m. and ends before midnight shall have a one-half (1/2) hour meal hour included in the working day. An employee whose shift is from midnight on shall have a one-half (1/2) hour meal period included in the working day plus a two and one-half (2 1/2) percent hourly rate increase.
Xxxxx Differential. Officers whose patrol shift begins on or after 14:00 hours and before 22:00 hours shall receive an additional $.50 cents per hour worked. Officers whose patrol shift begins on or after 22:00 hours and ends at or before 07:00 hours shall receive an additional $.75 cents per hour worked. The shift differential pay does not apply to extra work shifts, or non-patrol regularly schedule shifts. Officers on overtime while working patrol duty during the listed hours will receive shift differential at the rate listed above. In the event a patrol shift is created that causes an officer to work portions of the above hours, the officer will be compensated for the shift differential for the actual hours worked during each.
Xxxxx Differential. 3rd shift (Full-time and Part-time) Third (3rd) shift employees who work between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. will receive a shift differential of 10% of their rate of pay for only those hours worked. Meal breaks are unpaid as outlined in this Article Section B.
Xxxxx Differential. When the University assigns an employee to a work shift in which the majority of time is worked on a daily basis between 6 PM and 6 AM, the employee will be paid shift differential for all hours worked. The shift differential is sixty-five cents ($0.65) per hour or one hundred thirteen dollars and ten cents ($113.10) per month.
Xxxxx Differential. Employees working swing shifts (as designated by their Department Head) shall receive a shift differential of two percent (2%). Those working graveyard shifts (as designated by their Department Head) shall receive a shift differential of four percent (4%). Shifts subject to this subsection are attached to this MOU as Attachment C.
Xxxxx Differential. An additional 60 cents per hour will be paid to second shift custodians, starting at 2:30 P.M. or later, who are contracted for a minimum of 1040 hours per year. Nightshift custodians who are assigned to day shift duties during the winter, mid-winter, and spring recesses shall continue to be paid the shift differential during such periods. If such night custodians are assigned to day shift during the summer recess, the shift differential shall not be paid for that period.
