Negotiation Leave. The Co-operative agrees to allow a maximum of two (2) employees time off, without pay, for the purpose of attending negotiations for the renewal of the Collective Agreement. The Co-operative reserves the right to limit the representation from a department to one (1) person.

(1) employee from each bargaining unit may be subject to release for negotiations. It is understood by all parties that the operations of the Sheriff’s Office take priority over negotiations.

The Employer agrees to pay the employees as if they had worked and to bill the Union accordingly. Payment by the Union to the Employer will be made within thirty (30) calendar days from the receipt of the invoice from the Employer.
Negotiation Leave. A teacher acting as a representative of the teacher bargaining committee in accordance with Section 234(1) of The Education Act, 1995 shall be granted leave and shall suffer no loss in salary or other benefits for time necessarily absent from the teacher’s teaching duties for purposes of participating in negotiations, mediation, conciliation or arbitration proceedings with government trustee representatives, or for attendance required by a mediator, a conciliation board or an arbitration board without government trustee representatives also in attendance. Provided that the Saskatchewan Teachers’ Federation shall, upon request, reimburse the employing board of education for the salary of such teacher.
Negotiation Leave. Subd.
1. Use: Up to six (6) members of the Education Minnesota - OSSEO’s Negotiations Committee may be granted an appropriate number of days for purposes of collective bargaining with the School Board representative(s). Such days will be scheduled with the mutual consent of the School Board representative(s). There will be no leave deduction for these granted days.
Negotiation Leave. For the FY24-25 biennium, up to 12 employees may be paid for up to three eight-hour days each to participate in negotiations.
