UNIVERSITY HOLIDAYS. The University observes the following days as administrative holidays:
UNIVERSITY HOLIDAYS. 25.01 Employees shall not be required to work, but shall suffer no loss of pay or benefits, on any of the following University holidays:
UNIVERSITY HOLIDAYS. The University shall observe the following days as administrative holidays: • New Year's Day • Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx, Xx. Day • Third Monday in February (or announced equivalent) • Xxxxx Xxxxxx Xxx (Last Friday in March or announced equivalent) (Also see Section G.3 for LBNL) • Last Monday in May • Fourth of July • Labor Day • Veterans' Day (November 11th) (including Xxxxxxxx Berkeley National Laboratory if approved by the DOE) (Also see Section G.3 for LBNL) • Thanksgiving Day • Friday following Thanksgiving Day (or announced equivalent) • December 24 (or announced equivalent) • December 25 • December 31 (or announced equivalent) Unless an alternate day is designated by the University, when a holiday falls on Saturday, the preceding Friday is observed as the holiday, and when the holiday falls on Sunday the following Monday is observed as the holiday.

UNIVERSITY HOLIDAYS. The University is closed on the following days: New Year's Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, New Brunswick Day, Labour Day, Thanksgiving Day, Remembrance Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Eve.
UNIVERSITY HOLIDAYS. 41.1 Staff members will be entitled to the following days or days proclaimed as holidays in substitution for those days, without loss of pay: New Year's Day, Australia Day, Anzac Day, Good Friday, Easter Saturday, Easter Monday, Easter Tuesday, Christmas Day and Boxing Day, or such other days, as the Vice-Chancellor may declare. Labour Day, Queen’s Birthday, and Melbourne Cup Day are normal working days for all staff but applications for annual leave on any of those days by any staff member will ordinarily be approved.
UNIVERSITY HOLIDAYS. There are five (5) University Holidays prescribed each year, being Christmas Eve (or the last working day before Christmas Day), Easter Tuesday and the three (3) working days between Christmas and New Year as University Holidays.
UNIVERSITY HOLIDAYS. 12.2.1 University Holidays are days when the University is shut, namely Easter Tuesday; Christmas Eve (being the last working day before Christmas) and the three (3) working days between Christmas and New Year.
UNIVERSITY HOLIDAYS. 49.1 The University will identify a minimum of 3 working days in the period between 27 December and 31 December each year as University holidays for those members of staff not required for duty.
