Remuneration. 6.1 The remuneration agreed for each eligible, assessable patient whose treatment has been completed according to the Protocol and for whom the related CRF/eCRF has been duly compiled, including all the costs incurred by the Entity in execution of this Trial and the costs to cover all the related activities, is €_________ + VAT (if applicable) per patient (a total of € _______ +VAT (if applicable) for ____ patients) as specified in more detail in the Budget annexed in Annex A.

Remuneration. 5.1 Il corrispettivo pattuito per paziente eleggibile, valutabile e completato secondo il Protocollo e per il quale è stata compilata validamente la relativa CRF/eCRF, comprensivo di tutte le spese sostenute dall’Ente per l’esecuzione del presente Studio e dei costi a compensazione di tutte le attività ad esso collegate, è pari ad € 3.600,00 per paziente (€ 3.900,00 in caso di FU per nuovo intervento) non assoggettati ad IVA ai sensi dell’art. 7 ter e seguenti del DPR 633/1972, saranno inoltre previsti 300,00 euro non rimborsabili, di oneri per le attività amministrative da corrispondersi una tantum all’autorizzazione dello studio alla stipula del contratto, come meglio dettagliato nel Budget qui allegato (Allegato “A” parte 1). 5.1 The remuneration agreed for each eligible, assessable patient whose treatment has been completed according to the Protocol and for whom the related CRF/eCRF has been duly compiled, including all the costs incurred by the Entity in execution of this Study and the costs to cover all the related activities, is 3,600.00 euros (3.900,00 in case of FU for a new intervention) not subject to VAT pursuant to art. 7 ter et seq of Italian Presidential Decree No. 633/1972 per patient, therewill also be 300.00 euros + VAT (if applicable) non- refundable, charges for administrative activities to be paid on a one-off basis upon authorization of the study at the time of contract execution, as specified in more detail in the Budget herein annexed (Annex “A” part 1).

L’importo sopra indicato sarà suddiviso al 50% tra Ente e Università. Remuneration. 5.1 Il corrispettivo pattuito, preventivamente valutato dall’Ente, per paziente eleggibile, valutabile e che abbia completato il trattamento sperimentale secondo il Protocollo e per il quale sia stata compilata validamente la relativa CRF/eCRF, comprensivo di tutte le spese sostenute dall’Ente per l’esecuzione della Sperimentazione e dei costi di tutte le attività ad essa collegate, è pari ad € 10.145,36 + IVA (se applicabile) per paziente pediatrico, pari ad € 10.133,76 + IVA (se applicabile) per paziente adulto e (complessivi € 30.436,08+ IVA (se applicabile) per n. 3 pazienti pediatrici, complessivi €30.401,28 + IVA (se applicabile) per n. 3 pazienti adulti), come meglio dettagliato nel Budget qui allegato sub A. 5.1 The remuneration agreed, assessed in advanced by the Entity, for each eligible, assessable patient whose trial treatment has been completed according to the Protocol and for whom the related CRF/eCRF has been duly compiled, including all the costs incurred by the Entity in execution of this Trial and the costs to cover all the related activities, is €10.145,36 + VAT (if applicable) per pediatric patient, €10.133,76 + VAT (if applicable) per adult patient and (a total of € 30.436,08 +VAT (if applicable) for 3 pediatric patients, a total of €30.401,28 +VAT (if applicable) for 3_adult patients) as specified in more detail in the Budget attached hereto sub A.
Remuneration. 6.1 Il corrispettivo pattuito, preventivamente valutato dall’Ente e dal Dipartimento, per paziente eleggibile, valutabile e che abbia completato il trattamento sperimentale secondo il Protocollo e per il quale sia stata compilata validamente la relativa CRF/eCRF, comprensivo di tutte le spese sostenute dall’Ente per l’esecuzione della Sperimentazione e dei costi di tutte le attività ad essa collegate, è pari a € 18.036,55 per paziente (e complessivi € 54.109,65 per n. 3 pazienti), come meglio dettagliato e suddiviso in percentuale tra Ente e Dipartimento nel Budget qui allegato sub A. 6.1 The remuneration agreed, assessed in advanced by the Entity and the Department, for each eligible, assessable patient whose trial treatment has been completed according to the Protocol and for whom the related CRF/eCRF has been duly compiled, including all the costs incurred by the Entity in execution of this Trial and the costs to cover all the related activities, is € 18.036,55 per patient (and a total of € 54.109,65 for no. 3 patients), as specified in more detail and splitted in percentage between Entity and Department in the Budget attached hereto sub A.
