Clothing and Footwear Allowance. 28.01 The employer shall provide to all employees, as defined in Article II, clause 2.02.01, an annual combined allowance as listed below, to be used for the purposes of purchasing uniforms and safety footwear as defined by the Board.
28.01.01 Combined Clothing and Footwear Allowance Custodians – up to $210.00 per year Maintenance – up to $270.00 per year
28.02 For custodians working 20 hours or less per week, the annual combined clothing and safety footwear allowance will be up to $170.00 per year.
28.03 It is understood that the above allowance apply to new employees hired prior to September. New employees hired prior to January shall receive the above allowance at the time of hiring and shall not be entitled to further clothing allowance until the subsequent January.
28.04 Replacement of uniforms and safety footwear will be granted as required, but only after inspection of those articles needing to be replaced due to normal wear relating to the job.

a) Each team member will be reimbursed by the employer $50 from the purchase of work wear, either clothing or footwear.
b) Reimbursement will be provided upon submission of an original receipt, once each 12-month period.
c) Any unused allocation as of December 31st of each calendar year is not carried forward.
d) An employee who is employed in more than one (1) position with the employer will qualify for one (1) $50.00 reimbursement, once a year.

(ii) to provide pants and shirts or coveralls at the option of the member.

(c) as Court and Custody Security Special Constables and Summons Servers shall be issued with uniforms as required, at the discretion of the Chief of Police.
23.3 A member may be reimbursed by the Board for:
(a) the cost of replacing an article of clothing damaged beyond acceptable repair as a result of their employment, or
(b) the cost of repair or cleaning of an article of clothing damaged or soiled as a result of their employment Any decision with respect to such reimbursement shall be made by the Chief of Police in his absolute discretion.

4.27.14.4.1 Any cleaner or assistant caretaker directed to perform work for which a higher rate is prescribed shall be paid the higher rate for the period of such work; provided that a cleaner can only be directed to perform higher duties in the absence of the caretaker/assistant caretaker/part-time caretaker.
4.27.24.4.2 Nothing in this clause shall prevent an employer from specifically authorising payment of a special duties’ allowance to a worker who is directed, in special circumstances, to carry out duties other than those for which he/she is employed.

Clothing and Footwear Allowance. Section 12.1 The Company will pay fifty (50%) percent to a maximum of one hundred ($100) dollars per year towards the cost of Company working apparel. After two (2) years of continuous service, the Company will pay eighty (80%) percent to a maximum of one hundred ($100) dollars per year towards the cost of Company working apparel.
