D ues Deduction. During the term of this Agreement, the Employer shall deduct dues from the pay of each member of the Union who voluntarily executes a wage assignment authorization form. When filed with the Employer, the authorization will be honored in accordance with its terms. The amount deducted and a roster of employees in excel format including the employee name, social security or employee ID number, the deduction amount and earnings for the period will be promptly transmitted to the Union along with a separate check payable to its order. Upon issuance and transmission of a check to the Union, the Employer’s responsibility shall cease with respect to such deductions. The Union and each employee authorizing the assignment of wages for the payment of Union dues hereby undertakes to indemnify and hold the Employer harmless from all claims, demands, suits or other forms of liability that may arise against the Employer for account of any deduction made from the wages of such employee.
D ues Deduction. Upon written authorization to the Union by an individual employee to become a member of the Union and pay membership dues, the Employer shall provide for the semi- monthly payroll deductions of union dues which are uniformly applied to all members in those bargaining units in which the Union is the exclusive bargaining agent. The Employer will honor the terms and conditions of each employee’s signed membership card upon authorization by the Union.
D ues Deduction. A. Upon receipt of a properly executed written authorization from an employee, the Employer agrees to deduct the regular Union dues of such employees from their biweekly pay and remit the same to the Union within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of the deduction. The Union will notify the Employer, in writing, thirty (30) days prior to any change in the regular Union dues deduction as provided by law. Any employee may revoke the Union dues deduction as provided by law.
D ues Deduction. The Association shall provide the District with a list of all employees that have provided the Association with written authorization for Association dues deduction by October 1st of each school year. Upon receiving written notice of authorization, the District shall commence dues deductions as soon as practicable, but in no case later than thirty (30) days after receiving notice from the Association. Employee deductions shall be transmitted to the Association no later than thirty (30) days after they are deducted. The District shall rely on information provided by the Association regarding whether dues deductions were properly authorized, revoked, canceled, or changed, and the Association shall indemnify the District for any damages and reasonable costs incurred for any claims made by employees for deductions made in good faith reliance on that information.
D ues Deduction. The District shall deduct in accordance with CSEA dues and service fee schedule the Association dues from the wage of all the unit members who are members of CSEA on the date of this Agreement, and who have submitted dues authorization forms to the District. With respect to dues deducted by the District pursuant to authorization of the unit member for membership dues only, the District agrees to promptly remit such monies to the Association, along with an alphabetical list of unit members for whom such deductions have been made. The District shall deduct dues in accordance with the dues and service fee schedule, from the wages of all employees who, after the date of execution of this Agreement, become members of CSEA and submit to the District a dues authorization form.

  • Dues Deduction 6.2.1 The District shall deduct, in accordance with the CSEA dues and service fee schedule approved by the CSEA delegates, dues from the wages of all employees who are members of CSEA on the date of the execution of this Agreement, and who have submitted dues authorization forms to the District.

  • Dues Deductions 47. Dues deductions, once initiated, shall continue until the authorization is revoked in writing by the employee.   • Union Dues Deduction The Company will deduct union dues from new employees who have worked a minimum of forty (40) hours.

  • Membership Dues Deduction Any unit member who is a member of the Teachers 20 Association of Long Beach, CTA-NEA, or who has applied for membership, may 21 pay a lump sum cash payment to the Association or sign and deliver to the District 22 an assignment authorizing deduction of unified membership dues, initiation fees and 23 general assessments in the Association. Pursuant to such authorization, the District 24 shall deduct one-tenth (1/10) of such dues from the regular salary warrant of the unit 26 authorization after the commencement of the school year shall have deducted one- 28 periods.

  • Association Dues Deduction ‌ When the Association provides written authorization to the Employer for deduction of membership dues, the Employer will deduct from the employee’s salary, an amount equal to the dues required to be a member of the Association, depending on their permanent or non-permanent dues rate. The Agency will provide payments for all said deductions to the Association each pay period.

  • Union Dues Deductions It shall be a condition of employment for all Nurses in the Bargaining Unit, that dues be deducted from their bi-weekly salary in the amount determined by the Union. The deductions for newly employed Nurses shall be in the first pay period of employment. The dues shall be submitted monthly to the Union together with a list of the Nurses from whom the deductions were made.

  • Voluntary Deductions A. The Employer agrees to deduct from the wages of any employee who is a member of the Union a DRIVE and/or a Teamsters Legal Defense Fund deduction as provided for in a written authorization. Such authorization must be executed by the employee and may be revoked by the employee at any time by giving written notice to both the Employer and the Union. The beginning and/or termination of this deduction will coincide with the payroll cycle. The Employer agrees to remit any deductions made pursuant to this provision to the Union together with a report showing:

  • Salary Deductions Salaried employees (E-level classifications) who are permanently assigned to full-time job classifications are paid on a bi-weekly salary basis. Salaried employees are paid a bi-weekly salary based on a minimum of two (2) forty (40) hour workweeks. The bi-weekly salary received by salaried employees will not be reduced regardless of the number of hours the salaried employee actually works in any week in which the salaried employee performs any work except for the following deductions:

  • Termination of Deduction The University Administration’s responsibility for deducting dues and other authorized deductions from a faculty member’s salary shall terminate automatically upon either
