Duties and responsibilities of the Employer. (a) The Employer shall provide the Domestic Worker with reasonable accommodation and basic amenities;
(b) The Employer shall provide the Domestic Worker reasonable and sufficient daily meals;
(c) The Employer shall not require the Domestic Worker to work or to be engaged in any activities other than that related to household duties;
(d) The Employer shall insure the Domestic Worker with the Foreign Worker Compensation Scheme in respect of any medical expenses the Domestic Worker may incur in the event of any injury where such injury arises out of and in the course of employment;
(e) The Employer shall at all times respect and pay due regard to the sensitivity of religious beliefs of the Domestic Worker, including the right to perform prayers and to refuse to handle and consume non-Halal food;
Duties and responsibilities of the Employer. 1. Identify candidates to enrol for this program.
2. Ensure that the generic content of the TLB is compatible with internal requirements. Effect the necessary additions and/or deletions and submit to the Academy for approval.
3. Ensure that the necessary work experience is obtained by the learner so as to achieve the requirements of the TLB.
4. Provide learner support by appointing mentors to guide the learners, and evaluators to conduct regular internal evaluations of progress in the TLB.
5. Enable the learner to attend the TM’s that have been scheduled.
6. Seek accreditation of their organisation as a workplace provider with the related AQP.
7. Register or see to it that all learners are registered as members of the IIASA whilst participating in the programme.
8. Facilitate in conjunction with the Academy the final assessment of the learners by the AQP
Duties and responsibilities of the Employer. 1. That the EMPLOYER, upon the commencement of this Contract, shall cause the payment to the AGENCY of a service fee amounting to pesos (P ), and the deployment expenses amounting to pesos (P ) which include cost of transportation, meals, communication and other incidental expenses subject to presentation of receipts;
2. That the EMPLOYER shall pay the AGENCY the amount of (P ) representing the cost of securing the standard documentary pre-employment requirements of the kasambahay in case the latter paid for such cost;
3. That the EMPLOYER shall shoulder the cost of other medical examination that he/she may require in addition to the basic pre– employment medical examination.
4. That the EMPLOYER shall pay the monthly salary of the Kasambahay in cash at least once a month and all the benefits as provided for by law;
5. That the EMLOYER shall provide the agency with a copy of the monthly pay slip and copies of proof of remittances with the SSS, Pag- Ibig, and PhilHealth not later the 15th day of each month;
6. That the EMPLOYER shall provide the kasambahay medical assistance in the form of first aid medicines, in case of illness and injuries sustained during the service without loss of benefits; and
7. That upon the expiration of the Employment Contract or upon termination of employment, the EMPLOYER shall endorse the Kasambahay to the AGENCY for accounting of wage and other wage- related benefits which may still be due and payable to the Kasambahay as well as the remittances with the SSS, Pag-ibig, and Philhealth.
Duties and responsibilities of the Employer. Duties and responsibilities of the Employer. The employer shall ensure that the technical training and the life skills component is provided during the contract period and that the participant is assigned to a construction project and is able to be usefully employed for the duration of the contract. The employer will also ensure that during the period in which the participant is with the contractor the participant is usefully employed on site, is released to attend off-the job technical training and life skills training and that the contractor will allow the technical training provider access to the site to conduct on-the-job assessment where required. This should be provided in accordance with the project plan provided by the contractor at the inception of the project and will be reported on in the monthly operations meetings. The employer will also ensure that the contractor provides opportunities for the technical training provider and the life skills provider to periodically discuss progress with the participant in terms of a schedule outlined by the contractor in the inception project plan and will be reported on in the monthly operations meetings. The employer shall reach agreement with the contractor to ensure (how) that the participant is provided with adequate supervision and appropriate support in the work environment to achieve the relevant outcome of the Youth Service/EPWP Programme, (the mentor should be employed specifically for developing NYS beneficiaries, the contractors will tell about the target date he needs to meet, target date set by NDPW). This will also be outlined in the project plan agreed upon in the inception meeting and will be reported on in the monthly operations meetings; The employer and NYS Deputy Director shall monitor the attendance registers submitted by the technical provider (where the technical training takes place prior to the period when the participant is on site) so that payment can be made based on this attendance register. Once the participant has begun on site the contractor will submit attendance registers to the employer (NDPW) to enable payments to be made. If the participant attends training once they are already on site, then the training provider will submit attendance registers to the contractor. Duties and responsibilities of the Employer. The Employer shall at all times treat the Worker in a just and humane manner. Under no circumstance shall physical violence be used by the Employer or any member of his/her household on the Worker. The Employer shall further undertake to create harmonious relations and working conditions which are conducive to good employer- employee relations.
Duties and responsibilities of the Employer. (a) Employer will furnish all records and information in its possession and control to UnitedHealthcare needed to perform services under this Agreement.
(b) Employer will submit fully complete, executable implementation materials within thirty (30) days of the issuance of the Group Policy to UnitedHealthcare to ensure timely implementation. Missing or incomplete implementation materials can result in a change in the plan's effective start date, or termination of the plan.
Duties and responsibilities of the Employer. 3.1 The employer shall ensure that the technical training and the life skills is provided during the contract period and that the participant is usefully employed for the duration of the contract.
3.2 The employer will also ensure that during the contract period, where applicable, the participant is released to attend off-the job technical training and life skills training.
3.3 The employer shall where required, provide appropriate facilities to train the participant in accordance with the workplace component of learning.
3.4 The employer shall pay the Participant the agreed allowance (stipend).
3.5 The employer shall advise the participant on –
3.5.1 the terms and conditions of his or her employment, including allowance stipend; and
3.5.2 workplace policies and procedures
Duties and responsibilities of the Employer. 1. Identify candidates to enrol for this program. Learners must have successfully completed the Internal Audit Technician qualification or qualify for exemption on IAT to be eligible for registration for this qualification.
2. Ensure that the generic content of the Workplace Modules as detailed on the TLB is compatible with internal requirements. Effect the necessary additions and/or deletions and submit to the Academy for approval.
3. Ensure that the necessary work experience is obtained by the learner so as to achieve the requirements of the WMs.
4. Provide learner support by appointing mentors to guide the learners, and evaluators to conduct regular internal evaluations of progress in the TLB. The role of mentor and evaluator as well as the supervisor may be performed by one individual depending on the organisational resources. The logbook should be evaluated by a person senior to the learner that has adequate internal audit experience to provide proper guidance to the learner.
5. Provide facilities for the learner to participate on the KMs that have been scheduled. This includes but not limited to data, computer hardware and relevant software agreed upon with the Academy.
6. Seek accreditation of their organisation as a workplace provider with the related AQP (currently IIASA).
7. Register or see to it that all learners are registered as members of the IIASA whilst participating in the programme.
Duties and responsibilities of the Employer. The Employer shall administer the Plan, shall be responsible for its operation in accordance with its terms and shall have sole authority to enforce the Plan and the Trust for and on behalf of any and all parties interested therein to the extent that the Employer has not designated, in accordance with Section 3.01(g), another person or organization to be responsible for its operation and administration. The Employer shall be the agent for service of process under this Plan. Without limitation the generality of the foregoing, the Employer shall:
(a) Establish a funding policy and method which is consistent with the objectives of the Plan and ERISA;
(b) Determine the amount of the Employer contributions to the Plan and allocate such contributions among Participants in accordance with the terms of the Plan;
(c) Determine all questions relating to the eligibility of Employees to participate in the Plan, the time and manner of payment of benefits and all questions concerning the administration and interpretation of the Plan, and such determination, subject to the provisions of Section 12.05 of Article XII hereof, shall be conclusive and binding on all Participants and Beneficiaries;
(d) Keep and maintain all records necessary for the administration of the Plan;
(e) Prepare and file all tax and non-tax returns and forms, including but not limited to the Plan's annual report, required by the Code, ERISA and any other federal or state law relating to qualified employee benefit plans;
(f) Prepare and distribute all notices and information required by the reporting and disclosure provisions of the Code, ERISA and any other federal or state law relating to qualified employee benefit plans;
(g) Have the authority to employ or designate any person or organization to advise or perform services with respect to the Employer's responsibilities under the Plan and the Trust and to allocate to such person or organization all, or a part of, the responsibility for the operation and administration of the Plan and the Trust, including the authority to employ an investment manager or managers to direct the investment of all or a portion of the Trust Fund, to the extent not so directed by Participants hereunder, provided such investment manager is a registered investment advisor under the Investment Adviser's Act of 1940, a bank or an insurance company, who (i) has the power to manage, acquire, or dispose of Plan assets, and (ii) acknowledges in writing his or her fiduciary respons...
