DUTIES OF THE COLLEGE. 5.1.1 Per this agreement, the College authorizes Agent Company Name to act as a representative of Shoreline Community College in the dissemination of information about the College and to conduct recruitment on its behalf.
DUTIES OF THE COLLEGE. Per this agreement, the College authorizes and appoints Contractor to act as a representative of College of Central Florida in Designated Country. Contractor will disseminate accurate information to potential students living in Designated Country about the College and Florida and conduct recruitment on its behalf. In order to effectuate the intended results, the College shall perform as follows:
DUTIES OF THE COLLEGE. Assume responsibility for assuring continuing compliance with the educational standards of the appropriate accreditation bodies. Communicate with the Facility, through its Faculty Coordinator, on all items pertinent to the Program. Notify the Facility, through the Faculty Coordinator, of the planned schedule of student assignment, including the name of the student, level of academic preparation, and length and dates of practical experience. Refer to the Facility only those students who have satisfactorily completed the prerequisite didactic portion of the curriculum applicable to the Facility. Inform the student of any special requirements of the Facility for acceptance. Support rules and regulations governing students that are mutually agreed upon by the College and the Facility. Professional Liability Insurance, Workers’ Compensation, and Health Insurance: The tort liability of the College for each assigned student is subject to the limitation upon liability and damages contained in the South Carolina Tort Claims Act in the following amounts: Three Hundred Thousand ($300,000.00) Dollars per person and Six Hundred Thousand ($600,000.00) Dollars per occurrence. The College shall maintain liability insurance in these amounts with the South Carolina Insurance Reserve Fund. The Facility must be notified of any cancellation of such insurance or change in coverage at least thirty (30) days prior to such cancellation or change. The College shall require individual students to maintain additional professional liability insurance in the amount of One Million ($1,000,000.00) Dollars per occurrence and Three Million ($3,000,000.00) Dollars annual aggregate. The Facility must be notified of any cancellation of such insurance or change in coverage at least thirty (30) days prior to such cancellation or change. The Facility and College shall review documentation and/or results of criminal background checks for students seeking to participate in practical experiences to determine whether a student can be placed at the Facility. A student of the College shall not be considered an employee of the Facility. However, students who have to participate in work study for their degree are covered under South Carolina’s Workers’ Compensation law (SC Code of Laws, Ann. §42-7­60), and the College will obtain workers compensation insurance coverage through the South Carolina State Accident Fund for students participating in practical experiences. DUTIES OF THE COLLEGE. By signing this Agreement, the College agrees to (1) provide a College point of contact; (2) provide Organization name with student Directory and Limited Directory Information, as needed, to carry out the purpose of this Agreement. Directory Information includes student names, classifications, full or part-time enrollment, program of study, and dates of enrollment. Directory Information includes student phone numbers and email addresses.

Related to DUTIES OF THE COLLEGE

  • Duties of the City City shall make available to Consultant all data and information in the City's possession which City deems necessary to the preparation and execution of the work, and City shall actively aid and assist Consultant in obtaining such information from other agencies and individuals as necessary. The Director may authorize a staff person to serve as his or her representative for conferring with Consultant relative to Consultant's services. The work in progress hereunder shall be reviewed from time to time by City at the discretion of City or upon the request of Consultant. If the work is satisfactory, it will be approved. If the work is not satisfactory, City will inform Consultant of the changes or revisions necessary to secure approval.

  • DUTIES OF THE CONTRACTOR shall be to provide services in accordance with Exhibit A, Statement of Work, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. The performance of these duties shall be at times and places within the limits of District policy at the discretion of the Contractor.

  • Responsibilities of the City The City’s Contract Manager will be responsible for exercising general oversight of the Contractor’s activities in completing the Scope of Work. Specifically, the Contract Manager will represent the City’s interests in resolving day-to-day issues that may arise during the term of this Contract, shall participate regularly in conference calls or meetings for status reporting, shall promptly review any written reports submitted by the Contractor, and shall approve all invoices for payment, as appropriate. The City’s Contract Manager shall give the Contractor timely feedback on the acceptability of progress and task reports.

  • Duties of Provider 5. D e-Identified Data. Section 5 (De-Identified Data) of Article IV (Duties of Provider) of the SDPA is hereby modified by deleting “indirectly” from the last sentence and by deleting the second to last sentence and replacing with the following sentence: “Except for Subprocessors, Provider agrees not to transfer de- identified Student Data to any party unless (a) that party agrees in writing not to attempt re-identification, and (b) that party agrees to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations pertaining to Student Data privacy and security, all as may be amended from time to time.”
