Long-term Disability coverage shall cease on the member’s 65th birthday. The Corporation will provide coverage under the current insurance contract of seventy (70) percent of normal monthly earnings to a maximum monthly benefit of three thousand five hundred dollars ($3,500.00). The Corporation will provide Vision Care coverage under the benefit contract of: three hundred dollars ($325.00) effective January 1,2006; three hundred fifty dollars ($350.00) effective January I,2007; and four hundred dollars ($400.00) effective January I, The Corporation will provide an eye examination by an Optometrist limited to one examination in a month period for the member and each insured dependent.
