Final Construction Report. Within ninety (90) days of Grant Recipient’s receipt of the second installment payment of the Grant Proceeds following Substantial Completion, the Grant Recipient shall prepare a draft final construction report for submission to NYSERDA’s Project Manager covering all aspects of the Project; the report shall include relevant information on the following subjects: Explanation of how the Project scope outlined in Exhibit A-1 is substantially complete. Documentation of compliance with all findings and mitigation measures required by environmental review; compliance with government permits and approvals. Documentation of receipt of all permits required for operation of the Project including building permits, certificates of occupancy, in-water permits, etc. Confirmation of material payment to contractors and Subcontractors involved in construction and the end of their roles. Discussion of any payment disputes that remain unresolved. Discussion of ongoing roles, if any, in the Project of each Partner. Discussions of the observations and findings and recommendations, if any, from all tasks, and avenues for further improvements, as appropriate; Discussions of the project results and lessons learned regarding configuration, capabilities, and benefits of the project; and Qualitative discussion of environmental benefits of the Project and quantitative discussion of economic benefits from the construction phase. Xxxxx Recipient shall submit both draft and final versions of the final construction report. NYSERDA will comment on the draft version within sixty (60) days after receipt of such draft. Within thirty (30) days after receipt of NYSERDA's comments, the Grant Recipient shall prepare a final version of the report. Grant Recipient will consider in good faith NYSERDA’s comments to the report, and, if such comments are deemed applicable and acceptable by Grant Recipient, Grant Recipient will incorporate such comments in the final version of the report. Grant Recipient will submit two (2) paper copies and one (1) electronic copy of the final version of the final construction report.
Final Construction Report. The Final Construction Report should provide final documentation on the planting activities and a schedule of anticipated monitoring during the post-construction phase of performance monitoring. TTBAS will maintain a cumulative listing of project deficiencies and corrective action items. Pre-final inspections will be implemented to develop project punch lists (this work is not anticipated to be completed by the end of this task order, however all necessary documentation for the report will be underway). As part of the close-out procedure for each portion of the work, the CM will work with the Engineer to review and verify final pay quantities for compliance with the bid schedule and any approved contract additions or deletions. Contract time summaries will be evaluated, and the CM will endeavor to resolve any remaining contract time extension issues. Contract Change Orders and extra work items will be reviewed for completeness. If unresolved issues remain, the CM will schedule negotiation meetings with the Contractor and make every attempt to mitigate the item(s). All submittals will have been received by this time and the CM will verify receipt of any Manufacturers warrantees, record drawings, or other required literature or documentation. As noted in the Contract Documents, it is the Contractor’s responsibility to provide survey data, Record Drawings and As-Built Drawings for the completed work. TTBAS will perform early discussion regarding the requirements and expectations for the final as-built product. The CM will meet with the Contractor, the Contractor’s survey and the Design Engineer to review the as-built drawing requirements. Examples will be provided, if necessary, to demonstrate what the final product is expected to reflect and how it should be formatted. Additionally, the Contractor will be required to submit the raw as-built survey data immediately after each survey event to ensure that the information is available should there be a circumstance where the project surveyor is no longer available to complete or furnish the as-built drawings. The final drawings will be incorporated into the Construction Completion. Report once the Engineer has reviewed the Contractor’s submitted survey data and as-built survey drawings for conformance with the project specifications. Final Construction Report. Permittee shall provide a final construction report to CDFW no later than two weeks after the Project is fully completed including color photographs of before and after Project-related activities, including the surrounding staging areas. The construction report at a minimum shall contain pre- project photographs, total amount of area impacted post-project, post-project photographs, and biological survey notes (including construction monitoring).
