Interpreter Duties. Support Staff who are called away from their normal duties for 30 or more minutes in the aggregate during a school day in order to perform interpreting duties at the District’s Request shall be paid for such time at the employee’s regular rate of pay or the rate of $25.00 per hour, whichever is greater. Time sheets on forms to be supplied at each building shall be turned in to the building principal’s office, which shall be processed monthly.

26.1 This Agreement shall become effective as of July 1, 2018 and shall continue in effect until 11:59 p.m. on June 30, 2021.
25.2 The terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement represent the full and complete understanding between the parties and may be modified only through written mutual consent of the parties. It is understood that all rights, powers, and authority of this Board not specifically limited by the language of this Agreement are retained by the Board. The Board shall take no action which will violate any of the specific provisions of this Agreement.
