Approved Absences. Absence from work is considered legitimate only under the following circumstances:
Approved Absences. The Licensee is permitted to take leave from its business at the Stall Site for up to eight Market Days in any Calendar Year and for additional Market Days if Exceptional Leave is granted by the Council for special considerations including serious illness and bereavement.

"Excused Absence" granted to nonessential personnel as a result of an announced delay in reporting for work by the Installation Commander or designee due to hazardous driving conditions will be granted to all nonessential personnel unless such personnel are otherwise in a previously approved leave status. However, any "excused absence" granted as a result of announced early release from work by the Installation Commander or designee due to weather conditions will be granted only to those employees present for duty.
Approved Absences. Absence of a teacher may be approved with no loss of pay or charge against personal leave for the following purposes:
Approved Absences. The Student agrees to complete the ‘Away from College’ online form for absences longer than three (3) consecutive nights. Extended periods of absence without good reason may result, at the discretion of the College, in the cancellation of the Student’s residency and termination of this Agreement. No rebate of fees will be made where a student leaves before the Finish Date (refer to clause 4).

Members may be required to submit a physician’s statement as to the nature and estimated duration of an absence lasting three (3) or more consecutive work days (excluding pre-approved vacation and personal days), or in the event that there is reason to believe an abuse of accumulated leave days exists.
