B. C. Only tenured faculty are assigned to the Master Seniority List required under the Faculty Contract.
D. Tenured faculty who meet the minimum qualifications identified in the current Minimum Qualifications List may request to be added to the Master Seniority List for any class or set of classes for which they are qualified, regardless of departmental affiliation or whether having taught or not taught that class or set of classes. The sole determinants for being added to the Master Seniority List shall be tenure and meeting the prescribed minimum qualifications.
E. If a faculty member meets the minimum qualifications identified in the Minimum Qualifications List and requests to be added to the Master Seniority List for any class or set of classes, they shall be added to the faculty listing for that class or set of classes according to their appropriate seniority position among all faculty listed.
F. It is understood that newly tenured faculty shall be added to the next published Master Seniority List following the attainment of tenure.
G. Faculty requests for changes in the Master Seniority List must be made in the fall semester of an academic year and it is the responsibility of the Board of Trustees to approve and publish the Master Seniority List in December of each academic year.
