The Employer (usually the employee’s immediate supervisor), is responsible for determining whether conditions such as office coverage may restrict certain positions from Maxiflex participation.‌ b. Employees select a starting time each day, e.g., 8:00‌‌ a. m. (so that the Employer may know generally when to expect the employee).
