Minimum Paid Periods. (a) In the event employees are called out on a day they were scheduled to work, they shall be paid not less than an amount equal to four (4) hours at 200% of their normal straight-time rate. This minimum shall not apply to overtime work immediately preceding or immediately following a regular scheduled shift. (b) In the event employees are called out on a day they were not scheduled to work, they shall be paid a minimum of four (4) hours at 200% of their normal straight-time rate.

When call-outs run into a normal shift the minimum call-out provision will not apply.
