Minimum Paid Periods. (a) In the event employees are called out on a day they were scheduled to work, they shall be paid not less than an amount equal to four (4) hours at 200% of their normal straight-time rate. This minimum shall not apply to overtime work immediately preceding or immediately following a regular scheduled shift.
(b) In the event employees are called out on a day they were not scheduled to work, they shall be paid a minimum of four (4) hours at 200% of their normal straight-time rate.
Minimum Paid Periods. If an employee is required to remain at his work place to work overtime, he will be paid for a minimum of one-half (1/2) hour. Time worked beyond the first one-half (1/2) hour of overtime will be recorded to the next higher quarter (1/4) hour. The applicable clause may be invoked with respect to meal breaks. If the employee is required to return to his normal work location, aside from a normal meal break, or if he is required to perform overtime work at another location, a two (2) hour minimum will apply, plus whatever travelling time is applicable. The applicable clause may be invoked with respect to meal intermissions. An employee scheduled to work on their scheduled day off will be compensated for a minimum of four (4) hours at overtime rates; however, will not be compensated for time spent in travelling to and from their normal work location.
Minimum Paid Periods. (a) In Connection With Scheduled Hours Of Work If an Employee is scheduled or assigned in accordance with this Agreement to work overtime either before or after but consecutive with his or her scheduled hours of work, as defined in Clause 4.58, such Employee shall be paid for a minimum of one-half (1/2) hour at applicable overtime rates, except as expressly provided otherwise by Clause 16.10 below. Time worked beyond the first one- half (1/2) hour of such overtime shall be recorded and paid to the next higher one-quarter (1/4) hour, inclusive of paid meal periods.
(b) In Connection With Scheduled Days Off Work An Employee who is scheduled to work on any scheduled day off work shall be paid for a minimum of four (4) hours at overtime rates, beginning from the time the Employee commences work.

One-half hour at the prevailing rate shall be allowed an employee to reach his/her living quarters on completion of a call-out irrespective of the amount of time actually worked. When call-outs run into a normal shift the minimum call-out provision will not apply.
