NO STRIKES/NO LOCKOUT. It shall be a violation of this Agreement for any employee to engage in, induce, or encourage any strike, work stoppage, slowdown or withholding of services. It is further agreed that there shall be no lockout of employees by the Employer.
NO STRIKES/NO LOCKOUT. During the term of this Agreement, neither the Union (its Agents or Representatives), nor any employee shall instigate, authorize, call, support, sanction, encourage, maintain or in any way take part in any strike, sympathy strike, walkout, work stoppage, cessation of work or production, or picketing, of the Employer’s locations which are covered by this Agreement because of any dispute between the Employer and the Union or any of the Employer’s employees. During the term of this Agreement, there shall be no lockouts. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the Employer shall not discharge or otherwise discipline any employee on the ground that such employee declines during the course of his or her employment to cross a lawful primary picket line (except for picket lines by the Union party to this Agreement, its International or other UE Local(s)) at the Employer’s premises.
NO STRIKES/NO LOCKOUT. Unit members and the Union will not call or in any way be involved in any form of strike, boycott, slowdown, work stoppage or picketing, and the Employer will not lock out employees during the term of this Agreement. If any activity occurs by unit members which violates this provision, the Union will use its best efforts to terminate the activity as soon as possible.
NO STRIKES/NO LOCKOUT. SECTION 1. Neither the Association nor any employee shall engage in, induce, support, encourage, or condone a strike, work stoppage, slowdown, or withholding of services by employees.
NO STRIKES/NO LOCKOUT. For the term of this Agreement, there shall be no strike, work stoppage, slow-down, or any other interference with the operations of the Home by any worker or group of workers, or any lockout by the Home.
NO STRIKES/NO LOCKOUT. A. The Union and its members, individually and collectively, agree that during the term of this agreement they will not engage in, nor cause, permit nor take part in: a sympathy strike, a stoppage of work, a sit-down, walk-out, slow-down, illegal picketing, boycott, refusal to work, or other interference with or interruption of the normal conduct of Employer’s business.
NO STRIKES/NO LOCKOUT. There shall not be strikes, sympathy strikes, picketing, work stoppages, slowdowns, hand billing, demonstrations or other disruptive activity at the Project for any reason by any Union or employee against any Contractor or employer while performing work at the Project. There shall be no other Union, or concerted or employee activity which disrupts or interferes with the operation of the existing free flow of traffic in the project area. Failure of any Union or employee to cross any picket line established by any union, signatory or non-signatory to this Agreement, or the picket or demonstration line of any other organization, at or in proximity to the Project site is a violation of this Article. There shall be no lockout at the Project by any signatory Contractor. Contractors and Unions shall take all steps necessary to ensure compliance with this Section 1 and to ensure uninterrupted construction and the free flow of traffic in the project area for the duration of this Agreement.

NO STRIKES/NO LOCKOUT. No lockout of employees shall be instituted by the City during the term of this MOU. The Association agrees that during the term of this MOU neither it nor its officers, employees or members will engage in, encourage, sanction or suggest any strike, work stoppage, slow down, mass resignation, sick out, strike picketing or other concerted activities or actions tending to disrupt City services or involve suspension or substantial interference with the normal work of the City. In the event that the Association, its representatives, or any member of its executive board engages in, encourages, sanctions or suggests any of the actions set forth in this Article, the City reserves the right to take whatever action is deemed necessary and legal.
