Nominal Hours of Work. PART TIME 4.2.1 The arrangements for nominal hours of work for a Part Time Employee may be implemented within the combinations of any of the following:- (a) the Employer may roster a Part Time Employee less than an average of 38 ordinary hours per week and undertakes not to exceed an average of thirty- eight (38) ordinary hours per week, Monday to Sunday averaged over four (4) consecutive week period (152 hours), provided that hours worked within that period may vary above or below thirty-eight (38) hours per week and the Employee will be paid for the hours actually worked in each week during that period; (b) ordinary hours worked on a Saturday shall be paid at the relevant ordinary rate plus a penalty of 50% and/or ordinary hours worked on a Sunday shall be paid at the relevant ordinary rate plus a penalty of 50% unless otherwise as mutually agreed between the Employer and the Employee/s that the Saturday and/or the Sunday can be substituted for a day off on another day provided that, if the Employee/s is required to work on a substituted day the above penalty shall apply. (c) all ordinary hours are not to exceed ten (10) hours per day or twelve (12) hours per day by mutual agreement between the Employer and the Employee; (d) all ordinary time to be worked is to be completed within a span of fourteen

Nominal Hours of Work. 4.1.1 Full Time Nominal Hours of Work (a) Full Time nominal hours of work shall be an average of thirty-eight (38) ordinary hours per week over a period of fifty-two (52) weeks whilst employed, plus reasonable additional hours. (b) the Employer undertakes not to roster an Employee in excess of an average of thirty-eight (38) ordinary hours per week, Monday to Sunday averaged over four (4) consecutive week period (152 hours), provided that hours worked within that period may vary above or below thirty-eight (38) hours per week and the Employee will be paid for the hours actually worked in each week during that period; (c) The days of Saturday and/or the Sunday can be substituted by the employer for an alternative day off on another day provided that, if the Employee/s is required to work on a substituted day the hours on a substituted day shall be paid at the relevant ordinary rate plus a penalty of 50%. (d) all ordinary hours are not to exceed ten (10) hours per day or twelve (12) hours per day by mutual agreement between the Employer and the Employee; (e) all ordinary time to be worked is to be completed within a span of fourteen
