Plan for the use and dissemination of foreground Sample Clauses

Plan for the use and dissemination of foreground. Dissemination is a central part of MOLTO, not the least because we see the project itself as a starting phase of something that has the potential of growing to much larger dimensions: to cover hundreds of languages, thousands of applications, and millions of users. Early in the project we will start by delivering a Web site uniting research, industry and user facing information about MOLTO’s technology and potential. There we will feature our pre- existing work with light-weight demos, regularly updated as our work progresses, and ultimately including the use case systems. Some of these demos will be easy to integrate in third party applications like Wikis or social networks, to face larger audiences. The web site will also include a vibrant blog section with frequent informal posts on internal progress and plans and encouraging community contributions. Dissemination on conferences, symposiums and workshops will be in the areas of language technology and translation, semantic technologies, and information retrieval and will include papers, posters, exhibition booths and sponsorships (by Ontotext at web and semantic technology conferences like ISWC, WWW, SemTech), and academic/professional events such as the Information Retrieval Facility Symposium. We will also organize a set of MOLTO workshops for the expert audience, featuring invited speakers and potential users from academy and industry. Ontotext will make the multi-lingual NL retrieval and presentation interfaces to structured knowledge as a standard feature in their semantic search products. A major target group for dissemination is Patent Searchers/Researchers. The ability to do inline translation of segments of patents will enhance their productivity. Moreover, Ontotext, in cooperation with EPO, will endeavour to disseminate the results of the MOLTO project at academic, industrial or semi- industrial events such as, for instance, the Information Retrieval Facility Symposium, an event which brings together scientists in the field of information retrieval and intellectual property searchers/researchers, as well as the PAIR workshop. Due to the evolving nature of the industry actual appropriate events will be decided during the course of the project Dissemination through related networks. MOLTO dissemination efforts will benefit from close cooperation with expected activities of T4ME (Technologies for the Multilingual European Information Society) Network of Excellence. T4ME language resource infrastr...

Plan for the use and dissemination of foreground. The results and standards generated by BBMRI will be disseminated in public meetings, most importantly the stakeholder meeting, through various public reports and a dedicated website. One of the central aims of BBMRI is the dissemination of its work, to reach stakeholders, scientific community and general public as widely as possible. This work is shared between all workpackages, with central roles of WP1, WP6 and WP7. BBMRI will in this role contribute to policies, and harmonize standards, with emphasis on international standardization. This role will be achieved by cooperation with various international standardization organizations (P3G, IMI, OECD, WHO), in which WP1 plays a specific role. The assessment of risks is integrated in the ‘operative’ workpackages (WP2, WP3, WP4 and WP5) and will be monitored by WP6 with respect to XXXX. Public relations and dissemination are also major tasks of the executive management and will be addressed in addition to organizing an international conference in the context of the public consultation process at the beginning of year two. This will be done by establishing and hosting a web-site, preparation of flyers and brochures (for professionals and the general public) as well as press releases. For the various documents, input will be received from the respective work package leaders with special emphasis on scientific as well as on ethical and societal issues. The design of information materials and the hosting of the web-site will be outsourced. For further details see description of WP1. The goal of the ‘operative’ workpackages WP2 – WP6 is to integrate and harmonize existing standards and if required to generate new standards in their respective fields on a European level (see workpackage descriptions). Within WP1, this harmonisation is taken to the international level by involving previous efforts within international consortia, such as the WHO, OECD and P3G. ▪ BBMRI will have a catalytic effect in this respect because standardisation will reduce the organisational and financial barriers for the design and implementation of experimental research projects using BBMRI’s resources across the biomedical sciences. ▪ the scientifically justified further development of infrastructure (especially in the outermost regions of the EU). ▪ BBMRI will have an optimising effect because, in order to function, it is essential that it implements agreed standards for biological resources and data so as to enable distribution. Plan for the use and dissemination of foreground. A dissemination plan will be prepared and implemented along the project and beyond. The plan will permit: to establish target audiences and define key messages, to select the appropriate modes and tools of communication, to implement the dissemination activities among partners. It will be mainly targeted to the construction and construction supplier (equipment, components, ICT) industries stakeholders and to the ICT industry but also to citizens for fulfilling the societal objectives of spreading education and generating enthusiasm for energy efficiency and emission reduction. In relation to dissemination activities, a dedicated website will be developed, at the beginning of the project, and maintained. This website will enable the publication and updating of the new advances to a wider audience. This site will be linked to all relevant organizations and maintained after the conclusion of the project, for being interactive and accessible by professionals and researchers. In addition the web-seminar will be organized for experts and for the public in particular for research directed journalists and video clips will be produced and published on the ISES website and on public websites like Youtube, too. Dissemination to the industry will be done through the newsletters, web portals and the presence of the industrial partners and the research institutes at trade shows. ISES aims at becoming visible in the global construction community by presenting itself on the ETCP. In addition the academic and research partners will publish scientific papers and participate in conference in the (1) energy and emission efficient buildings, (2) building and facility component developers, (3) BIM/model-based design, (4) distributed, collaborative systems and concurrent engineering, (5) ontologies and virtual enterprises. They will use their position in the editorial boards of conferences and journals (TUD, UL) to promote the idea of integrated collaborative energy and emission simulation tools and interoperability of STEP-BIM-BAS and organise special issues and sessions. Open access media will be preferred, because they allow faster and wider dissemination. The academic partners will also build the findings into their graduate and postgraduate curricula. A dissemination manager acting as assistant for the project manager will be installed in order to coordinate on a daily basis the dissemination activities. This position is given to SOF, which has long time experience in this ...

Plan for the use and dissemination of foreground. The final report resulting from this DS will be delivered to the appropriate funding agencies and policy makers (ApPEC, ASPERA, national agencies) for their evaluation. After appropriate reviews and consultancy, the respective organisations are expected to make decisions to define possible further steps to realise the considered infrastructure. In particular, we think that the report could be relevant to initiate its
Plan for the use and dissemination of foreground. SHARE will ensure the distribution and exploitation of results at all levels. Dissemination mechanisms have been built in the project structure, a dedicated portal will be built and a full work package (WP7) is introduced with the declared goal of enabling dissemination and exploitation of databases, results and tools developed by SHARE.
