Responsibilities of End User. A. Subject to the Grant of License hereinabove, you may not, in whole or in part, copy, photocopy, reproduce, sublicense, translate, reverse eng ineer, derive source code, modify, disassemble, decompile, create a source code equivalent, create derivative works based on the Program, or remove any propriet ary notices or labels on the Program, or allow others to do so, without the prio r consent, in writing, of Blizzard. B. The Program is licensed to you as a single product. Its compo nent parts may not be separated for use on more than one computer. C. You are entitled to use the Program for your own use, but you are not entitled to: (i) sell, grant a security interest in, or transfer repr oductions of the Program to other parties in any way, nor to rent, lease, or lic ense the Program to others without the prior written consent of Blizzard; (ii) exploit the Program or any of its parts for any com mercial purpose including, but not limited to, use at a cyber café, computer gamin g center, or any other location–based site. Blizzard may offer a separate Site L icense Agreement to permit you to make the Program available for commercial use; contact Blizzard for details; (iii) use or allow third parties to use the Editor and t he New Materials created thereby for commercial purposes including, but not limi xxx to, distribution of New Materials on a stand–alone basis or packaged with ot her software or hardware through any and all distribution channels, including, b ut not limited to, retail sales and on–line electronic distribution without the express written consent of Blizzard; (iv) host or provide matchmaking services for the Progra m, or emulate or redirect the communication protocols used by Blizzard in the ne twork feature of the Program, through protocol emulation, tunneling, modifying o r adding components to the Program, use of a utility program, or any other techn iques now known or hereafter developed, for any purpose including, but not limit ed to, network play over the Internet, network play utilizing commercial or non– commercial gaming networks, or as part of content aggregation networks without t he prior written consent of Blizzard; and (v) create or maintain, under any circumstance, more tha n one simultaneous connection to Xxxxxx.xxx or other hosting services authorized by Blizzard Entertainment. Responsibilities of End User. Subject to the Grant of License hereinabove, you may not, in whole or in part, copy, photocopy, reproduce, translate, reverse engineer, derive source code, modify, disassemble, decompile, or create derivative works based on the Software, or remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Software, with the exception of the non-compiled source files provided with the Software. Failure to comply with the restrictions and limitations contained in this Section 2 shall result in immediate, automatic termination of the license granted hereunder and may subject you to civil and/or criminal liability. Registration with CORAnet™ is mandatory, without that, CORAnet™ software products and application will not be functional. End User acknowledges that CORAnet™ “Emergency Mode” is not a 911 service and may not be relied on as such. The quality of information exchanged from any location while in Emergency mode is not guaranteed by CORAnet™ Solutions, Inc., as this is dependent on the availability and strength of the GPS and network coverage at a given location, and not on the CORAnet™ software. The End User agrees that by his or her use of the CORAVault™ application, CORAnet™ can disclose the location of the user in the case of an emergency consistent with system capabilities. The End User agrees that CORAnet™ may share medical information obtained by End User’s use of the CORAnet™ system with a 3rd party medical provider in the event of an emergency or otherwise with a medical provider identified by End User to receive such information in the cases of non-emergency event. CORAnet™ shall have no liability or responsibility to End User for any release of medical information about the End User consistent with the provisions of this license agreement. CORAnet™ shall not be responsible for the responsiveness or lack of responsiveness of any “emergency contact” or other medical provider identified by End User to receive such information. End User agrees to store personal profile and emergency related medical information (including allergies and medications) on the CORAnet™ servers for identification and emergency usage. End User agrees to permit CORAnet™ to use End User’s demographic information and other personal information, anonymously, for statistical purposes. Responsibilities of End User. In addition to the other responsibilities set forth herein, End User shall: (a) provide all training of its personnel; (b) collect, prepare, and enter all data necessary for the day-to- day operations of the Licensed Software; (c) retain separate copies of all conversion data delivered to Tyler; (d) provide the computer system on which the Licensed Software will be loaded and operated; (e) provide the requisite networks; (f) maintain an internal help desk function; (g) prior to Project completion, install all changes or updates into the Licensed Software and Third Person Software products that are furnished by Tyler for the purpose of correcting failures of the Licensed Software to conform to, and perform in accordance with, the requirements of this Agreement; and

You may use the subdomain only in compliance with applicable law. You shall not host any subdomain that (a) infringes third party intellectual property rights, (b) violates applicable law, (c) promotes any criminal actions or (d) contains any hateful, racist, obscene or otherwise offensive content. Licensor may delete all such subdomains without notice if Licensor in its reasonable commercial judgment believes that the subdomain is being used in breach of this Agreement or applicable law. Responsibilities of End User. 1. This End-User License Agreement (“End User Agreement”) applies to any means through which an End-User orders or accesses the HIN Services including, without limitation, system-to-system, personal computer or the Internet. 2. For the purposes of this End User Agreement, the term "Authorized User" means a Client employee or other affiliated person that has had their identity properly verified and whom the Client has authorized to order or access the HIN Services and who is trained on Client's obligations under this End-User License Agreement with respect to the ordering and use of the HIN Services and Inpriva Information. 3. Each Direct Address has a healthcare or healthcare-associated organization, person or device bound to it as reflected in an associated Direct Digital Certificate. This License, which grants access to the HIN Services is expressly conditioned upon compliance by the End-User with the terms and conditions of the Direct Digital Certificates, including those related terms and conditions specified in the DirectTrust Certificate Policy, those specified in the DirectTrust HISP Policy, and those related to management of the HIN Services. 4. Client shall ensure that only Authorized Users can order or have access to the HIN Services. 5. Client shall take all necessary measures to prevent unauthorized ordering of or access to the HIN Services by any person other than an Authorized User for permissible purposes, including, without limitation, limiting the knowledge of the Client security codes, member numbers, User IDs, and any passwords Client may use (collectively, "Security Information"), to those individuals with a need to know. 6. Client shall monitor compliance with the obligations of this End-User Agreement, and immediately notify Inpriva if Client suspects or knows of any unauthorized access or attempt to access the HIN Services. 7. If Client uses a Service Provider to establish access to the HIN Services, Client shall be responsible for the Service Provider's use of Security Information, and ensure the Service Provider safeguards such Security Information through the use of security requirements that are no less stringent than those applicable to Client under this End-User Agreement,

Services supplied by Vendor under this Agreement are provided to assist End User. The End User shall be responsible for identifying its business objectives, communicating such information to Vendor, and for obtaining desired results.
