Salary Schedule Information. 1. Effective with the 2013-2014 contract year, the base salary will reflect a one and one-half (1.5%) increase above the 2012-2013 contract year. The BA-0 salary will be twenty nine thousand seven hundred eleven ($29,711) dollars. Effective with the 2014-2015 contract year, the base salary will reflect one and one-half (1.5%) increase above the 2013-2014 contract year. The BA-0 salary will be thirty thousand one hundred fifty seven ($30,157) dollars. Effective with the 2015-2016 contract year, the base salary will reflect a one and one-half (1.5%) increase above the 2014-2015 contract year. The BA-0 salary will be thirty thousand six hundred nine ($30,609) dollars.
Salary Schedule Information. A. If an employee is to be advanced on the salary schedules (steps, lane changes, and/or raises, or to be paid a longevity annuity per Article XVI, Section 2: E.1), he/she must have completed a full year of professional employment in the Chelsea School District, or if hired after the start of the school year must have been hired prior to January 1, and have obtained an evaluation rating of effective or highly effective during the previous school year. NCPS that have not received a satisfactory evaluation will have been placed on an Individual Development Plan (IDP) (Appendix D-4) to address the area(s) of concern. The IDP must be signed and implemented for at least 60 days for a probationary NCPS if the salary schedule advance is affected. For a non-probationary NCPS, the IDP must be signed and implemented by January 1 if the salary schedule advance is affected for the following school year.
Salary Schedule Information. 1. It is recognized that due to the 1986-1989 contract negotiations, teachers may not be on the Step (letter) which corresponds to their actual years of service. All returning unit members shall be advanced one (1) step on the schedule for each succeeding year of this Agreement, consistent with Board of Education Policy GCBA. A unit member who has a less than one (1) FTE appointment will receive a salary inclusive of eligible Base, Graduate Hours/approved In-Service Hours, Master’s Degree, Career Increment monies on a pro-rated basis. The total of these salary sources will be multiplied by the FTE to generate this pro-rated salary.
Salary Schedule Information. Salary Adjustments for 2010-2011 Teachers remain on the same step as the 2009-2010 salary schedule. The salary schedule for 2010-2011, shall increase by 1% at each step. Individuals who attain graduate degrees will change “lanes” or “columns” for the 2010-11 school year. Formula: Any changes to rates of pay shall be retroactive to the beginning of the school year.

The BA-0 salary will be thirty-two thousand three hundred twenty-seven ($32,327.00) dollars and staff shall receive steps on the salary scale. For the 2020-21 contract year, base salary and experience steps are frozen pending the negotiation of terms to take place no later than the Spring of 2020. For the 2021-22 contract year, base salary and experience steps are frozen from the 2020-21 contract year pending the negotiation of terms to take place no later than the Spring of 2021.
Salary Schedule Information. A. As of July 1, 2016, July 1, 2017, July 1, 2018, July 1, 2019 or July 1, 2020 as appropriate, the Superintendent of Schools maintains the right of placement for new employees in the appropriate scale and position at time of employment.
