Salary Schedule Information. 1. Effective with the 2013-2014 contract year, the base salary will reflect a one and one-half (1.5%) increase above the 2012-2013 contract year. The BA-0 salary will be twenty nine thousand seven hundred eleven ($29,711) dollars. Effective with the 2014-2015 contract year, the base salary will reflect one and one-half (1.5%) increase above the 2013-2014 contract year. The BA-0 salary will be thirty thousand one hundred fifty seven ($30,157) dollars. Effective with the 2015-2016 contract year, the base salary will reflect a one and one-half (1.5%) increase above the 2014-2015 contract year. The BA-0 salary will be thirty thousand six hundred nine ($30,609) dollars. 2. Beginning with the 2010-2011 contract year, the Certified/Licensed Salary Schedule (Appendix A) will include a column for MA + 30. To obtain the designation of MA + 30, all coursework must be pre- approved by a committee formed by the Superintendent, a CFVEA representative, and one building principal. All coursework must be directly related to state-adopted teacher/administrative licensure program. People approved for administrative licensure programs must have demonstrated leadership initiative outside of the classroom. Only credits earned after July 1, 2010 qualify. Any coursework earned during the summer of 2010 does not need to be pre-approved so long as proper documentation is submitted at the completion of the course and the committee approves. a. Only Graduate coursework will be accepted to advance education levels on the salary schedule, except in special cases where additional certification/licensure is sought or courses are only available via Two-Year Junior Colleges/Technical Colleges. Coursework in these special cases may be accepted upon written request to and approval by the Superintendent PRIOR to commencing the coursework. 3. The Board will provide the following for certified staff members who pursue or obtain their Nation Board Certification. a. Two (2) additional Professional Leave Days to prepare their National Board Certification portfolio. b. One (1) additional Professional Leave Day for taking the National Board Certification Assessment. c. A one-time four-hundred dollar ($400.00) stipend upon mailing the National Board Certification portfolio when proof of such mailing has been submitted to the Treasurer. Salary Schedule Information. If an employee is to be advanced on the salary schedules (steps, lane changes, and/or raises, or to be paid a longevity annuity per Article XVI, Section 2: E.1), they must have completed a full year of professional employment in the Chelsea School District, or if hired after the start of the school year must have been hired prior to January 1, and have obtained an evaluation rating of effective or highly effective during the previous school year. NCPS that have not received a satisfactory evaluation will have been placed on an Individual Development Plan (IDP) (Appendix D-4) to address the area(s) of concern. The IDP must be signed and implemented for at least 60 days for a probationary NCPS if the salary schedule advance is affected. For a non-probationary NCPS, the IDP must be signed and implemented by January 1 if the salary schedule advance is affected for the following school year.

  • Title Information (a) On or before the delivery to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders of each Reserve Report required by Section 8.12, the Borrower will deliver title information in form and substance acceptable to the Administrative Agent covering enough of the Oil and Gas Properties evaluated by such Reserve Report that were not included in the immediately preceding Reserve Report, so that the Administrative Agent shall have received together with title information previously delivered to the Administrative Agent, satisfactory title information on at least 80% of the total value of the Oil and Gas Properties evaluated by such Reserve Report. (b) If the Borrower has provided title information for additional Properties under Section 8.13(a), the Borrower shall, within 60 days of notice from the Administrative Agent that title defects or exceptions exist with respect to such additional Properties, either (i) cure any such title defects or exceptions (including defects or exceptions as to priority) which are not permitted by Section 9.03 raised by such information, (ii) substitute acceptable Mortgaged Properties with no title defects or exceptions except for Excepted Liens (other than Excepted Liens described in clauses (e), (g) and (h) of such definition) having an equivalent value or (iii) deliver title information in form and substance acceptable to the Administrative Agent so that the Administrative Agent shall have received, together with title information previously delivered to the Administrative Agent, satisfactory title information on at least 80% of the value of the Oil and Gas Properties evaluated by such Reserve Report. (c) If the Borrower is unable to cure any title defect requested by the Administrative Agent or the Lenders to be cured within the 60-day period or the Borrower does not comply with the requirements to provide acceptable title information covering 80% of the value of the Oil and Gas Properties evaluated in the most recent Reserve Report, such default shall not be a Default, but instead the Administrative Agent and/or the Majority Lenders shall have the right to exercise the following remedy in their sole discretion from time to time, and any failure to so exercise this remedy at any time shall not be a waiver as to future exercise of the remedy by the Administrative Agent or the Lenders. To the extent that the Administrative Agent or the Majority Lenders are not satisfied with title to any Mortgaged Property after the 60-day period has elapsed, such unacceptable Mortgaged Property shall not count towards the 80% requirement, and the Administrative Agent may send a notice to the Borrower and the Lenders that the then outstanding Borrowing Base shall be reduced by an amount as determined by the Majority Lenders to cause the Borrower to be in compliance with the requirement to provide acceptable title information on 80% of the value of the Oil and Gas Properties. This new Borrowing Base shall become effective immediately after receipt of such notice.

Such critical contact information shall appear alphabetically by local exchange carrier and in accordance with Verizon’s generally applicable policies. CBB shall be responsible for providing the necessary information to Verizon by the applicable close date for each affected directory.
