Scheduling Flexibility. It is not the intent of this agreement that principals will significantly escalate the beyond regular workday demands on members. It is the intent to provide flexibility. Both parties recognize that it is not possible to identify every need beyond the normal eight-hour workday, which will exist. It is the expectation of both parties that this agreement will provide for the needed flexibility and fairness for the involved staff.

Scheduling Flexibility. The parties agree that there may be events which will incur punctual operational requirements that do not permit the application of the 12 hours rest period as stipulated in article 13.04 b) or the posting delays stipulated in XXX# 13 of the Regional Quebec collective agreement.   • Scheduling i) The designated employer will provide the employee with their schedule of shifts in accordance with the collective agreement for both homes. [Insert the split/sharing of shift numbers here] Similarly, the employee will submit all requests for time off including vacation to the designated employer in accordance with the collective agreement.

  • Frequency Your milk must be supplied on a consistent basis throughout the week on either a daily or skip-a-day basis as agreed by you and DFMC, except in emergencies. DFMC has no obligation to collect your milk more frequently than once per day, but may agree to do so from time to time. If, at DFMC’s election, your milk is collected more frequently than you require, no Gate Fees or charges will apply for the additional collections.

  • Feedback You have no obligation to provide us with ideas, suggestions, or proposals (“Feedback”). However, if you submit Feedback to us, then you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license that is sub-licensable and trans- ferable, to make, use, sell, have made, offer to sell, import, reproduce, publicly display, distribute, modify, or publicly perform the Feedback in any manner without any obligation, royalty, or restriction based on intellectual property rights or otherwise.

  • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend.

  • Timing Time is of the essence in this Contract.

  • Training Services Training Services may include pre-packaged training Products, and/or the development or customization of training programs as requested, including Live Training, Computer Based/Multi-Media Training which encompasses Internet-Delivered Training, and/or Video Based Training.

  • Overview (a) The Employer is committed to maintaining a stable and skilled workforce, recognising its contribution to the operation of the Employer. As such, full time direct and ongoing employment is a guiding principle of this Agreement.
