Staff Meals. The Company agrees to provide the following for staff meals: (a) Kitchen staff (b) All Other Staff
Staff Meals. (a) Union employees will be offered a fifty percent (50%) discount on all food from the restaurant. This discount will be offered on a one meal per regular shift basis (five (5) hours minimum as outlined in the Collective Agreement). When ordering their meal, associates may order from the menu up to a maximum value of fifteen ($15.00) dollars. Associate meals are to be consumed in the staff room or other designated staff area. A coffee (and tea) machine will be provided for associate’s use. (b) Cleanup of the staff designated areas will be the responsibility of the Employees to the satisfaction of the Employer. (It is important to realize that staff areas may be visible or accessible to guests and so these areas must be maintained to the same high standard as the rest of the facility); (c) Parking – as a courtesy to the guests, a designated staff parking area on the north side of the hotel has been established. Employees will be required to park within the staff parking area at all times during the Employee’s hours of work. Upon request, any Employee will be escorted to their vehicle after midnight and before 5:00 AM.
Staff Meals. All employees, on all shifts, are eligible to receive staff meals at the Nursing Home facility. Bargaining unit employees will pay equally with other Grafton County employees for meals at the Nursing Home. The charge for all staff meals will be $3.00 and is limited to one (1) meal per shift during the 30 minute lunch break period outlined under Article 21 (Rest Breaks) contained herein. Those employees working less than a 5 hour shift will also be eligible for staff meals, but will not be allowed to do so on duty. Employees who stay over will be provided meal at no charge.
